Maybe left a tablet in our room.
Called to have them check but got no response.
Very disappointed with that. If someone found it and kept it they couldn't get into it anyway. That would be extremely disappointing.

Very nice, but parking was a long way from the room--which was a problem for my wife. Otherwise we loved staying there.

Paid for the best room available at this hotel and was disappointed. The shower head barely trickles any water. There are no hooks in the bathroom for towels or bath bags or anything. The refrigerator was broken. Not really sure what I paid for.

Disappointing stay. No hot water in the shower. They sent an "engineer" up to fix it, but they didn't and left the water running. The AC unit also did not work. We reported the issues with the front desk and they said a manager would be calling to address things. They did not call.

I had an early appt. Got up to take shower and no hot water. The bathroom had stains on the wallpaper and the shower curtain It was an average hotel that charged way to much .

We only stayed for two nights but it met every expectation for what we were wanting for a weekend spent in Salt Lake City. Everything around town was so close, so many options and everything we needed from a hotel, Sheraton provided! Great stay!

The staff was great .. the air in our room was not cool … Also I booked a room with a jet tub and we didn’t get that in our room …that was disappointing!
