1. upon check in after requesting a king bed we first of all received a room that was a handicap with two queen beds. 2. returning to the front desk I was told there were no King bedrooms left. I explained our request through hotels.com he pondered through the computer for a little bit and then tells me they have a king bed. 3. upon check in there are small issues with the room mix-match tiles like they use leftover supplies and unfinished remodeling in the bathroom and the sink area. 4. The TV does not work at present still waiting for somebody to come up and attempt to fix that issue. 5. after check-in and settling in our room the fire alarm goes off Don't know why we received no phone calls to evacuate and we stayed in our room waiting for instructions for about 15 minutes listening to the annoying fire alarm. have not been informed as to why it went off but it finally stopped. 6. your hotels ice machine is out of order there should always be a backup for this this is uncalled for however they did stick small ice makers in the room. 7. their website does not show a variance of rooms other than a king, king suite, double queen, double rooms which are not double rooms this is a partition between the beds. there is a street side and a inner base side. on the inner bay side if you're upstairs you have a good view. 8. as showering in this hotel the caulking is coming out of the joints. 9. okay wanted to jump in the jacuzzi and the pool The pool is a bit on the chilly

Smoke alarms where going off staff didn't know what to do office was full of people wanting to know whether to evacuate or not he didn't know what to do or tell us what to do

The Ice machine was broken, the fan in the bathroom was not working, the floor was to stick and the AC is old, noise and didn't cool enough. . The only good thing about this place was the young men, who welcomed us at the front desk. He was very polite.

We liked everything just fine we'll come back

The floor was really dirty, and accumulated moisture so it was ippry so had to leave AC cold. We got charges another service fee after payong service fees through Expedia

So very convenient to the trolley. Room was clean and cold. Staff were very nice. There were plenty of outlets. Shower had very little water pressure. TV picture was fuzzy. Ice machine was broken.

Great location and check in/out was easy... especially the cookie at check in - its the little things that often make a difference. Room was clean/sterilized bathroom. Comfortable, quiet and a great location.

Room was very musty. What isn’t mentioned is there are active railroad tracks directly behind the building. No ice available, ice machine in room had mold inside it. Resort fee charged, not exactly sure what this was for. Disappointed with this stay.

First room had flying and crawling bugs coming in through a gap in the door they were everywhere. The room was clean but the floor was very dull which made it look dirty. We had a choice to switch to two other rooms both were newer looking than the one we had but both had insects. Since it was about 12:30 at night we just took a room, but will Never Stay there again.
