The location was good. The room was also good. The breakfast was terrible. No one around to ask for anything. No juice available. Food choices were limited and no hot food available.
It was all pre packaged food and nothing fresh. Frozen waffles and no waffle station.
No regular fresh coffee only decaf.
A woman came into the room with headphones and no communication with the guests and started cleaning up without even asking if we needed anything. I’m appalled at this standard.
This is usually a good group of hotels but this is the poorest standard I have seen and not likely to stay again if no improvement.

Stayed in two queen room. The room had your basic amenities which was perfect for a one night stay. Beds are comfy however, blankets are thin and the heater took a while to turn on.

Very distressing to see homeless people around the property. Didn't feel all that safe outdoors.

Rooms were nice and clean and breakfast was good
Hotel had a outdoor pool that we didn't use but looked really nice.
Only issue i had was that the room smelled of really perfumed cleaning supplies when we arrived. Was afraid it was going to cause allergy issues but it didn't.
