Terrific hotel. Service is exemplary. I prefer the main building to the high rise, larger rooms and more convenient to the entrance. Though the views of the garden are iconic Tokyo

We had a beautiful experience at the Imperial Hotel. A lovely comfortable room which was always clean and well serviced, very kind and helpful staff and all the facilities you could wish for. It was perfect!

This is our fourth time staying at the Imperial Hotel in past 16 months. We love ending our Japan trips here before heading home because the service is old fashioned, quiet, and excellent as soon as you arrive at the door to when you get on the Friendly Airport Limousine Bus. The rooms are not “stylish”, “hip” or “modern”, but very comfortable with good amenities and are on the big side for Japanese hotel room standards. Our Tower room on the 31st floor had a fantastic view of Tokyo overlooking the train station and we just wanted to be in our room to enjoy the rainy view of Tokyo. As we were being escorted to our room by the bell staff and the bell staff trainee, my 21-year old son said that it feels like coming home and we hope to stay at the Imperial again as long as we come back to Japan.

We enjoyed our stay very much. They thought of everything to make guests feel comfortable and welcome.

The hotel is conveniently located in the Ginza neighborhood which makes it easy to walk to explore dining and shopping options in the vicinity or to access the train to other neighborhoods.

One of the best hotel experience I've had. Accommodating and friendly. Nothing not-so-good to say except for the buffet breakfast. I feel it was too expensive for the limited choices available that time. The staff did not even bother to ask if we'd like coffee for starters. That being said, however, the quality of the food (fresh vegetables, etc) were very good. But still, a bit too pricey.

Cafe, breakfast buffet, and in room mini bar were very expensive, but it is expected as the hotel is high end. The service was magnificent. I especially liked the pharmacy.
