Very nice hotel with good facilities, rooms were spacious and the garden terrace is excellent
Only negative is the poor/basic automatic machine coffee at breakfast, suprised there is no option to get a “real quality” coffee
And why is it 18$ to play tennis….? Plus more to rent a racket (this should be free for hotel guests paying for services)

Excellent ! My fifth time at this hotel. I will never stay anywhere else - the garden wing towards the pool are just fab rooms! And Shang Palace - a go to must!

It's always a pleasure staying at Shangri-La properties. The staff at the Horizon Club Lounge were helpful, courteous, and a delight to interact with. A complimentary upgrade for Hotels.com gold members would be a fantastic addition!

Wonderful stay in a lovely hotel. Only downside is location- it is a long way from most of the attractions but taxis are cheap and plentiful. A taxi to Marina Bay was around £10.

I stayed here twice and on both occasions I had to ask for discounts to be added. The 2nd stay was very different from the first and offered a very corporate and less personal service. Food and drinks within the hotel are expensive compared to other hotels in the area. The cost of the rooms are quite high considering breakfast was not included. No night manager or concierge available to help with cases when you have an early departure. Totally different experience to my first visit in July

Great hotel stay and very friendly staff, very convenient if you want to go shopping on orchard street as it’s a 5 minute walk or they have a free shuttle service too if you don’t want to walk in the heat
