The hotel needs a make over. Inside and out. We stayed there 3 days and all the maid did was bring new towels and took out our trash. Never made the bed. The wood floor was filthy. Water spilled on the floor, upon wiping it up the towel was black! I don't think it was mopped in months. At 6:30 a.m. the hotel workers arrive. Making noise in the hallway. Dragging the garbage can acrosse the concrete.What a sound to be awaken to every morning. They are also redoing the seawall. What a mess the landscape is in. It was not mentioned at all on any website. The hot tub was barely hot It was cloudy, and only 2 jets worked. I really wanted to leave. Will not stay there again. I have pictures to share but it won't let me attach them.

I always stay at Perry's Ocean Edge when I visit Daytona Beach. They have been around for many, many years and provide a clean, welcoming experience. They provide coffee and donuts every morning. I recommend an ocean view room. It doesn't get any better.

Stayed here for biketoberfest and it was a great stay. Still icing somethings from the recent storm but would come back. Garage parking for motorcycles during rally.

Amazing stay, clean room except we dont think the floor was clean properly, having no food service was not ideal but our comfort outweighed that Thank you for the service and relaxing nature of our stay

Although we were there after 2 hurricanes, the property was in decent condition. You could clearly see some damage, and the view partially obstructed by caution tape and heavy equipment along the beach sea wall. However, the pools were both open for use as well as the tiki bar. The staff was friendly and the rooms were spacious and clean. Loved the fresh donuts in the morning.

Great place to relax. Great ocean view and sleeping with waves sound is priceless. Staff is very friend and professional. As the hotel is close to the ocean, keeping it in good conditions is a big challenge, due to sea air. Despite of that, room is clean and organized. I’d return, for sure!

A lot of repairs underway, beach access limited, pool closed (others open). The hurricane really seemed to do a number on Perry's. Disappointing visit.

Everything was clean, some repairs were being done due to storm damage so only one outdoor pool was available, which wasn’t a problem. The front office was quick to fulfill requests.

Had an amazing mini vaca at Perry's Resort. It was clean, the room well appointed. We stayed in the oceanfront efficiency. It had a full kitchen, 2 beds, dining table and chairs and I believe the couch would also make a bed. The ocean view was so nice. It did not matter the grounds were still in disarray due to the recent hurricanes that passed through the area. We truly enjoyed the stay. Some small food choices nearby, plus a grocery store across the street. The staff we had contact with were friendly. We will stay there again.

Perry’s was hit hard by Hurricane Milton and had just opened back up the day before we arrived! We LOVED our room location and will definitely be returning in the future! The most amazing part of our entire stay was the EXTREMELY courteous, friendly and helpful employees! It’s a rarity in today’s world and was so refreshing!

We arrived after Hurricane Milton, all thing considered Hotel did an amazing job. No TV No wi-fi and looks like mother Nature is washing away the Beach. Thanks to all staff who did wonderful Job !

It was not as advertised. Ammenities were out of service. The heater of the indoor pool was broken. The hot tub was out of order. The cable and internet service was out of order. The outdoor areas were a wreck. The bed was comfortable but that was it. It was not a good stay.
