Friendly & Helpful. But I think they should be doing the renovation like the bath vanity. The house keeping can improve the service like checking the bottle of shampoo & bath soap both are empty when I’m starting the shower. Can you imagine!!

Love that the kitchen went above and beyond when it ce to dressing up the cheese cake i bought in for my partners birthday was very much appreciated.

Staff were fantastic and we had a room with a view that was stunning
breakfast was awesome but we had a very long walk to get to our room with someone that has a disability but still loved every moment of our stay thankyou to house keeping for cleaning our room daily

We had a spectacular 2 night stay over Matariki weekend. Seaside room with stunning views of the well kept grounds.
We also had food and drinks from the cafe while sitting out by the pool which was all great and staff were all very accommodating.

Copthorne Bay of Islands needs a major upgrade, housekeeping needs to be retrained and certain staff need to learn the accuracy of the information they provide. Check in for 2pm but had to wait and additional 30minuts due to “housekeeping” needing time to clean. Upon arrival room was not cleaned properly. No tap to drink water or fill up the kettle. Rooms are not sound proof can hear kids running up and down hallways, banging doors, and making noise. However we did enjoy the scenery and two staff members who were absolutely amazing.

Was a nice stay we ending up with a different room than we expected due to renovations but was a amazing view. Dinner we book was very nice just very expensive. Breakfast was way better and alot cheaper than dinner. Would definitely go back. Unfortunately they were painted so did smell like paint in hall ways which i didn't like with a young child but didn't smell in rooms which good.
Second time going and view is so good would recommend even with the feedback given just wouldn't get dinner again as was alot.

Spa pool is our favourite, room was nice, comfy bed and love the soap fragrance. Not enough parking spaces, had to park on far side away from our room. Wifi was really slow, just used my data.

Very friendly and helpful. Upgraded us due to a special birthday and we were more than pleased. Enjoyed spa pool and lovely sea view. Will come again.
