Great view of the harbor from our balcony. Friendly, helpful staff. Enjoyed the hot tub on balcony. Very well equipped kitchen. Only 10 minutes walk to Paihia along the beach. Quiet.

The three bedroom apartment is spacious and comfortable. The rooms were clean. The views from the big balcony were great. We used the spa, BBQ, and outdoor seating area. The apartments are located down the road from the city center, which is great as it is a bit quieter. The staff were friendly, courteous, and accommodated our requests. The manager has a good knowledge of the local history. He told us about some must-see places.

Very steep driveway to walk up.

It was everything that you had stated on the website. I loved the extra things that you had in there. A little bottle of cooking oil, laundry powder satchets, tinfoil and gladwrap. all the utensils own bbq and washing machine. The view outstanding and good location and quiet. Nice and clean. Thanks will be back.

Brilliant location and very comfortable apartment. Lovely deck with super views, a great spot to BBQ and enjoy the scenery. Well located, we really enjoyed our stay.

The view was amazing

The second bedroom was very small and you need to walk sidewise around the bed. The spa was set at max 37.

Great views, close to the beach. Easy walk into the town centre. Had a smart TV so that I could log into my Netflix account in addition to sky channels. The apartment was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Parking is a little tight, but the owner is clear with his instructions. A steep walk up to the apartment, but that's what you have to trade off to get the views.

Location & view from balcony. Even though bit out from the town centre you could walk there in 18-20 mins ( didn’t want to keep navigating the motel parking), Supermarket 10 min walk, Waitangi Treaty grounds 20 mins Bed was comfortable. View fantastic. Logan the manager was knowledgeable on the area, things to do and see and so many other interesting items.

A word of warning is that it has a steep driveway & parking is tight. If you’re not confident mightn’t suit. We left the car there & walked into town. No air con,(it’s not noted on facilities so we knew), however, only plug electric fan which was noisy.

The property was our home in Paihia, close to everything beach, gas station, supermarket. the rooms are quite spacious and the kitchen is well equipped. we loved the details in the room, the decor. it was a perfect stay.

Views were amazing from front rooms. I liked the filtered water feature as the tap water tasted terrible. Bathrooms were nice & roomy

I thought the sound of the waves would be nice & lull me to sleep. First night they were fine but some of the road traffic noise is disturbing later at night & then second night a car parked across the street had their stereo up blasting electronic crap music full blast till about 3 in the morning. No number for us to call & ask for help to get it to stop. Nightmare

hygiene standards

Fantastic location with wonderful views. Well appointed unit which was very comfortable. Close to supermarket and an easy walk into town where all the bars and restaurants are.

Second bedroom was very small with limited space, window only wound open a small amount and room located above the bathroom with the hot tub so it got it very hot and stuffy. Main bedroom is amazing, heaps of space and wonderful view.

It was in a great position with good views. It was beautifully appointed inside, very comfortable - everything had been thought of. and the manager was very helpful.

We had a lovely view of the bay but there was a little wall on our patio so couldn’t see the view when sitting down which was a shame. I would probably have booked one of the others in that row if I had known.

great location with beautiful views. the host was very accommodating and welcoming. definitely will consider on staying there in the future. the apartment was clean and tidy and could hear the waves 24/7. very relaxing 🙂

good location with easy parking

in need of an upgrade, windows leaking, limescale showerhead resulting in poor shower in upstairs bathroom and light bulbs need to be replaced, discussed to housekeeping when realised they weren’t working but not attended to during our 3 night stay.
