Quiet, and warm room - the outside temperature was in the low 20s. Nice restaurant on property.

Nice place, clean and comfortable. I appreciate that they allow pets, but wish the grass area for dog walking had any lighting at all.

The breakfast is the best thing about this hotel. Unfortunately for us we arrived with a number of high school football teams who were there for a tournament. That impacted the breakfast but the staff worked hard and fast to support all guests.

The property is beautiful & the restaurant was good. We enjoyed our stay. The only complaint was the mattress was extremely hard.

Easily accessible property with helpful, friendly staff. I’ve stayed here before and likely will again when I driving through area. It’s safe, clean enough, and the free hot breakfast and keurig station in the lobby are nice touches too.

Heather from the front desk and Johnny from the lounge are exceptional employees, along with the rest of the staff.We had a great time. Will definitely recommend Best Western Evanston to our family & friends.

Dated motel that felt like a flashback to the 70’s. People were nice. You must request housekeeping which was not shared with me upon checking in. Was unable to connect to their Wi-Fi my entire stay, very frustrating.

Very basic hotel but it there were no problems. Rooms are little older but they were bigger than your average hotel room which was nice. Breakfast buffet was good and had a lot of options.

Pretty run down. Bed was old, creepy, and uncomfortable. TV didn’t work expect for a few channels. Breakfast wasn’t great. Won’t be staying here again.
