They did charge me more that the booking ,speculation one day instaras 250 was 500

This hotel is worn down and not in good condition. Plus it's overpriced for the type of amnenties offered (complimentary coffee, lemon water, and self-serve buffet breakfast). They only made up our room once during a 3-night stay. Shortly after checking in, we tried the WiFi and discovered it didn't work. After inquiring at the front desk they said: "The password changes every Friday at 1:00 p.m." That would have been good to know during registration! The lemon water is only available daily after 12 noon. The front office staff was not very personable.The shuttle is used exclusively by patients and families of The Cleveland Clinic. We paid $1K for a 3-night stay. I can safely say that the accomodations at this hostelry are worth about that. While we enjoyed visiting Cleveland, our stay at the Comfort Inn Downtown was disappointing. 😞

It was clean. Parking was bad. Desk was a little rude. I think he was trying to be funny but it came off rude.

Keys needed reactivated, door lock was broken and replaced with a chain lock. Shower was broken. We had to use a shut off valve to make it work. We thought maybe they were fully booked. However, the hotel.com app showed availability on both nights we were there! We didn’t ask to change rooms however because we had a full schedule. They charged us for parking which would be fine if the lot had free spaces. On a positive note, housekeeping was AWESOME! Friendly and polite and incredibly helpful!

Complete rip off. Charged for parking in a lot that is adjacent when there is a garage beneath the building. Stayed multiple days and charged a different rate for everyday. Also right above a restaurant and the rooms smell like you are in the kitchen. Dont waste your time.

Honestly, the review would’ve had more stars than what was given, but the under sheets under the blankets was stained up, and I really felt like they should’ve been thrown away before recycled and put back on beds

The place was perfect for the Browns game. The room was a little hot, even when set to 69 degrees. Great place to stay for the game for a short weekend.

What I liked... mentioned above. What I disliked... additional cost for parking... in future, please present this additional charge up front... not in the small print! Thank you,

Niced location, not far from ball park or bar scene. However the breakfast availability is poor. Seems to be first xome first serve. I we t down at 7ama d the new check im emptied the area leaving nothing but scraps and no way ro know it it would be replenished.

The overall stay was ok. The staff was very nice! The breakfast was nothing great just basic. The hotel itself needs an update including the elevator and rooms. The furniture was very old especially the sitting area in the bedroom. The carpet in the room was old and didn’t feel clean. The bed was comfortable but again, needs a fresh update. The water pressure wasn’t the best and the AC was subpar. You either froze or sweat. The area was ok but parking was a challenge at night and the underground parking was limited so you need to make sure you get a spot in the outside parking lot which fills up fast. It was reasonably priced and again the staff was very nice.
