Except for one guy, Jason, I believe, older, beard,..rude, condescending and cold..faked concern. Everyone else was great, loving and friendly. 5 stars for the rest of the staff. The couch bed was terrible, rusted and squeaky. Couldnt sleep on it. My daughter left a day early because she couldnt use the bed. I still haven't recieved my deposit back. Not worth contacting the rude guy for it. He was that awful! Because of him, we won't be back. He really ruined an already stressful situation, dealing with hospital....our loved one fighting for life. He made even walking by him at the front desk, uncomfortable. Breakfast was great. Grounds clean. Rooms clean. Hot tub and pool were great. If you can avoid the rude night clerk, the place is a nice place.

It was a decent hotel room. Nothing special except I did like how large it was. We had a room with a king bed and a couch. Oh it also had whirlpool tub, but I did not use it. We did not stay for breakfast the next morning. I needed a big, hot breakfast as I was flying later and would miss dinner. It didn’t look all that amazing either.

They listed cribs to be available when I asked for one they said they had given it away. The main door wouldn’t lock from inside. Property is quite dated and dingy compared to the photos in the advertisement. They offered breakfast that was a positive and it’s better than camping out on the street or your car.

The fresh cookies on checking in was a huge hit with the kids, the pool was fun and the rooms were big and quiet.
