The comfort for the timely stay was ok but that bath tub was nasty it needs to be done over i have to buy some bleach cleaning scrub to wipe it down get some of the dirt off the tub walls

Beds were comfortable. Sleeping are seemed clean. Check in person was very nice, and got a room on 1st floor like I'd requested. BUT, my laptop protection recommended not connecting to their WiFi due to security issues it recognized and the location (i guess ) of the property has very poor connection to AT&T cell / data network, so I could not go on-line for anything, or make calls while in my room. I checked in around 4 but went right back out and came back at 9p. When I did come back and used the bathroom, shower, I found a long black hair in the sink, lots of bugs/gnats in the sink. Then I took a shower ,and the shower/tub did not drain at all, so the water just filled up in the tub. It was still sitting in the tub when I left the room in the morning. The parking lot and the walkway outside the room smelled like rotten trash and the exterior lights on that bldg (room 127) all blinked out so the walkways where the room doors were not illuminated and the entry to the room comes from that exterior walkway. Lastly, may be a coincidence, but when I came back to the hotel at 9p, there was police activity (2 cop cars) in the parking lot. First time, last time at this property for me.

House keeping needs to be trained on how to clean, The previous reviews indicate that the bathroom areas were dirty, this is still true, so management say they will address but apparently it is all lipp swevice, i do not recommend this motel i will not sray at this motel again. This could be a nice facility if management would perform their job.

I wish I took pictures. It was gross, unsafe and stinky. The toilet wouldn’t flush, cracked glass windows, duct tape on the air unit, mild in the shower. It was bad and for the first time EVER I couldn’t stay. After waiting about twenty minutes in line to talk to someone, she checked me out after only being there about an hour. But after all that, they refused to reimburse. They were also full so moving me to another room wasn’t an option. It was like an end the the world, horrible place.

Beds are comfortable, breakfast is good, employees are nice

I didn’t like that the bathroom floor was dirty and the light was hanging down loose and the shower head leaking to the outside that I had to wrap a towel around it. I reported it and nothing was done 3 days later. This was the second room we were moved to due to other problems

Very dirty property. We checked the beds for bugs, didn't see any, but my son did get bit by something. There was a lot of hair under the mattress near the headboard.There were spills all over the carpet. The bathtub was so full of hair the water would drain; I cleaned it out myself. The lock plate on the door was loose and the screws were sticking out. Each time I visited the front desk to get assistance I had to wait as the employees had friends visiting. The common areas were very dirty. It appears as though the staff does the very basic to prepare the rooms for the next guests. No maintenance or upkeep performed. The breakfast was decent.

Photos online look nothing like the location. Upon entering our room there were stains on the sheets and the comforter and I checked out within 30 minutes. Front desk girl didn't seem to care and neither did the hotel as they refuse to give me any kind of refund. Do not book here!

I did not feel comfortable staying here, there were transient people that seemed to be using drugs outside the front entrance and Expedia would not refund my money.

The pool was not open. I extended my stay and asked for my room to be cleaned. Housekeeping came in and didn’t clean if but put my stuff in a wheelbarrow and then just left for day. Luckily they did change my room. Was bummed about pool though

Property is next to a busy road, dirty towels left in room, popcorn left on carpet by desk, door was sketchy, yellow stains on blanket, lamp missing lightbulb

The room where the ice machine was located smelled like a dead animal. I would never stay at this hotel ever again or recommend it to anyone.

It’s an older property, motel style. The rooms were clean but I wouldn’t want to use the shower! Lots of places to eat and shop nearby.
