We were there one night for a concert. I only have one complaint. The guy who checked me in wasn't very accommodating as far as information. He wasn't rude by any means, he literally said nothing. Everything else was great. Love the music venue.

Really nice place, parking is close, and the beds are so comfortable!

We mostly stayed because we needed somewhere to sleep on our way to Colorado. There was a few people we ran into that appeared under the influence of something.

MOST of the People at the Check in desk are GREAT!
When we get older. The ease of
checking in and parking is a MUST.
We Do NOT care for GuyF Food choices. So we have to go Elseware. Which is unhandy for us.
But Council Bluffs has Plenty of GOOD Food Choices.

It was just an overnight stay to get out of the house. We
have stayed here before and weren't disappointed. In fact I believe there has been some updating. Very nice.

Decent place. Beds blown out. Only 1 restaurant by bobby flay so forced to eat there. Service horrible. Food better at Denny's.

Requested room to be cleaned and fresh towels daily since we were staying 5 days. Housekeeping failed to service 2 out of the 5 days without me having to call them and ask for clean towels and empty overflowing trash cans. The second time I had to call the manager had to bring us clean towels and empty trash. We were on vacation, didn't feel i needed to oversee that our room got serviced. Won't stay there again.

stayed a harrah’s because we attended a concert. super nice to retreat to our room after the show. excellent choice. dined at the facility, attended the show, entertainment after and easy check out the following morning.
