everything the room was not clean at all

Where it was located.

The room was not as advertised, very dirty, things missing from room, staff not willing to fix issues. Basically everything was bad!!

There was blood stained sheets, pillow cases, the room stunk like smoke and mold, also there was no pull out sofa like what was described, the pool was not heated like advertised water was colder than it was outside, they gave us a flat air mattress that wouldn't air up, and the window was broken and it was very cold in the room all night. The breakfast was the worst we have ever had from a hotel. The juice in the juice dispenser was expired it expired in October. All they had for food was some sausage link, boiled eggs in the shells still which were disgusting, toast and mini donuts

It’s was ok the lady was very rude and food was cold.

Extra cost, wasn’t room I paid for. And didn’t get any extra pillow or towels like I asked for.

false advertisement. told me I’d have two queens and a sofa bed. we had a group of 5 and could’ve used the extra bed.

They let us move to another room

It was so bad. The last hallway they put us into smelled like smoke. Their was pubic hairs on the toilet, puke in the room, holes in the walls, don't ever stay there it was GOD AWFUL!!

it was very dirty the fan in the bathroom was so dirty it’s was loud. the door was broken n didn’t open or close right check out was at 11 they just came in the room at 1050 told us to leave. i would never stay there again

The hotel staff was nice.

The hotel location is poor. The condition of the hotel is old.

Price was good, the room was ok, the pool was open and the front desk staff was nice and friendly

The bedding had stains. And I got ran down in the hall by some man to be told very rudely not to take the breakfast to my room like I was supposed to read every sign they had up in the breakfast area

The smell of curry. No coffee in the rooms and no one at the service desk in the morning.
