Great place to stay, quite comfy and spacious. Our room has a fireplace, mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker.

Very nice “mid-level” motel. Not an overpriced hotel nor is it a run down motel. Room was very nice and clean. Bed was okay, a little soft for my liking, but comfortable. Our second floor room was very large, had high ceilings with wood beams, fireplace and a narrow balcony. Very cozy. Bathroom sink was outside the shower/toilet area. Only negative is there are no nearby food establishments but there are plenty within a short drive away.

Stay was fine. Outside is not very appealing. Room was decent. AC started leaking and left puddle on floor. Staff was great.

I felt very comfortable at the Munras Inn. Breakfast was great like we eat at home with hot or cold breakfast cereal and fruit, yogurt, and pastries. The coffee was good as well as in the room. We enjoyed walking to Fisherman's Wharf and the restaurant district of Monterey. Great location and a more reasonably priced room. We would stay again.

Room was very nice and big. Mattresses SUCKED. Would of given.much higher score if it wasnt for the mattress. When I let the front deak know all he said was sorry.

Sheets were dirty . I just asked for replacements, which they gladly did.
The continental breakfast was very limited. Basically, just carbs. Wish there could be more protein items.

The mattresses are old, you sink into the bottom. The bed linens were old and dingy. The towels were thin and not enough were placed in the room. The office closes early and opens late so there is no one to accommodate requests for extra linen. The furniture is chipped and the room smells of paint. Over priced rooms.

This was my first stay at this property but I’ve stayed in many others on Monterey. They were all $500-900 for the night. This one was much more reasonable and frankly, looks more modern than some. We really enjoyed it.

The stay was comfortable. Just enough for what we needed. A place to rest while we went about the area to explore.
Free breakfast was just pastries to-go. The AC was a little loud and towels smelled like chemicals.

It was 78* in the room in the afternoon and was still 77* by the time we went to sleep 7 hours later. All the staff did was give us a tiny portable fan and we had to open windows to try to cool down the room to be able to sleep.

Check in person was fantastic. Cute and spacious room with vaulted wood ceilings and a fireplace. There are many hotels/motels along the same street and this one is now by far our favorite.

It wasn’t far from Canary row and downtown Monterey but had no pool and the continental breakfast was muffins.

Enjoyed our stay here. Small property but the room was spacious. Staff was very nice. Could use upgrade on bedding and towels.
