Excited customer service. Clean room. Heaters hot!!!

Woman very nice at checkin. Had 2 dogs only had to sign a damage waver and also had to sign a no smoking waver , both contains a fee of $250, no worried about either as we don’t smoke and the dogs are well behaved and house trained. The Smoking waiver was kind of ridicules as the place freaked of pot everywhere Inside the building. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. I’m assuming there are people residing in this hotel as there are signs on a lot of the doors stating no cleaning because they have pets that they don’t want to get loose. I don’t get the no smoking waiver, is it only for tobacco and not pot??

Fortunately, we did not arrive at the hotel until quite late after a very long day traveling so all we wanted was to sleep. The very noisy AC unit made that tough, though. In the morning, we found the shower head barely produced any water, the bathroom floor was filthy as was the telephone, the corridor was in sore need of vacuuming, and the exterior(building & grounds) appear run down & in need of a lot of work. That was not a welcoming site!!

Just not as advertised. Everything broken in common areas like atm and ice machine. Room had dirty floor and seemed barely put together.

I was upset with a wanted to get some ice from your ice machine and it was broken. Should of provided ice for people like me who travel a lot.

Felice was extremely polite, friendly and helpful, even brought the luggage cart out to us in the parking lot for our stuff. Will definitely stay there again.
