i felt welcome when i got to the front desk. i love the lobby. very pretty. the room was ready when we got there and it was very comfortable. it felt great after a day of driving. bed pillows were not great they were short and lumpy. the sofa was a bit worn and flat. but overall great room. staff came by to make sure we were ok. breakfast the next day? Amazing. i'm a breakfast girl and it did not disappoint. my stay was great. when i'm in the area, this Embassy is my first choice.

The front desk saved my prescription eye drops for me for three weeks until I returned. When I left them in the refrigerator, a staff member ran upstairs while I was on the phone to retrieve them.

It was an amazing experience, but I was sad to see there were no gluten-free toasters

The room 710 was fine except the heat was not working. I went to the front desk Saturday morning. They said maintenance would look after it. They did not. The room was in middle 60's. I learned that if I made the temp to be 82 it would in fact be barely 70. I went to the front desk on Sunday morning with the same issues. Said it would b taken care of. It was not.
I will be sending an email to the manager. It was a bit of a cold weekend in Portland and failure to deal with the heat is poor business.

Have a spacious room n clean , the location is near by the PDX Airport and dining n shopping center. The parking cost $ 20/ day was the only thing made us unhappy .

Only weird thing was that the tv’s came on automatically in the morning… no noise, but it was displaying the welcome to the room screen saver. The other bummer for us was no hot tub. Kids had fun in the pool though.
They put out an awesome spread for the complimentary breakfast plus they make omelets to order. Rooms were clean and comfy. Staff was professional and friendly. Great location if you need to be close to the airport!

The twin beds are too small to comfortably sleep two adults. The property is nice and the staff are excellent. The breakfast is still a good value. It’s too bad they charge $20 per night for self parking. I would probably not stay here again because of the small beds and because the pull-out couch bed is very uncomfortable….the mattress is very thin and you can feel the springs.

The room was very comfortable but dated. Elevators were in need of a clean. We were bummed that we couldn’t get our free beverages, the lines were so long. Didn’t get to try breakfast as our flight was so early, but it was great that food was out for us to grab and go. This hotel is very convenient to the airport and minimal noise!

The main entrance and atrium is gorgeous, but the hotel room itself was very dated, the toilet was broke and the water pressure in the shower was just above a trickle. I expected a lot more for the price. I won’t be back.

Trip strarterd off poorly....Room I was given was not room I reserved BUT after a couple of tries we did get the correct room. The staff was VERY apologetic and worked to correct their mistake. THIS IS A FAR SUPERIOR FACILITY THAN THE EMBASSY SUITES IN EAST PEORIA IL.

It was Amazing, expect they didnt have a hot tub. Service, hot breakfast and Cleanliness was Amazing! We wil be coming back for sure.

As always my favorite place to stay when I am visiting Portland. Wonderful, helpful and efficient staff. Rooms are always spotless and have just the right extra touches. The hospitality nightly is well appointed with great snacks. The true heroes are the van drivers always courteous and safety conscious. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

Room was big - separate living area and bedroom. Breakfast was delicious! And the happy hour with 2 free drinks and snacks was very good!! All workers were very nice and helpful!
