Very nice! Was surprised how nice the experience was.

Toilet continuously ran, pool was out of order, and oven door would not close so I could not cook. Kitchen had only a few plates/utensils and no soap to wash them. Outlet in kitchen popped breaker everytime you plugged in toaster or coffee maker. One the last day there was a roach in the kitchen! The staff was very friendly and did their best to help but this is horrible maintenance/upkeep compared to when i stayed here last year!

We had no phone in the room. It wasn't able to make outgoing calls. When we asked to have it fixed, a woman came to the room, tried it - said, "I don't know what's wrong with it" and left - without anything further being done. There were ANTS in the room...so many that we had to go out and buy ant traps to lay them throughout the room. The room was advertised as "accessible" but it wasn't. My son had to move furniture so I could get my walker through small spaces, and there were no bars in the bathroom. Finally, our freezer broke - they replaced it - but not before we had some items go bad. Worst of all the hotel refused to provide a credit or discount to our total for all of this. Luckily, Expedia offered us a credit for compensation. I wouldn't stay here again based on all of this.

Visited Cleveland August 2nd - August 5th. Had a a late check in due to travel and was able to check in at 1 am stress free. The room was clean and had a stove fridge work desk. Felt like a home away from home. Was only in town to watch Summerslam so I doubt I’d be back to Cleveland, but if I did this would definitely be my first option.

My room was very clean, kitchen with full fridge was handy. Pool was under maintenance, but I wasn't really wanting to use it. There was duct tape over the lock on an outer door since the card scanner was faulty, placed by the staff. I remived it for MY safety, as the other door to the building was working just fine. There is no breakfast, but you have a kitchen, so who cares. For a cheaper, long-term stay type place, this was pretty good. I would stay here again.

This hotel was a don’t judge a book by its cover award winner! On the outside and in the lobby it doesn’t look like much. But the rooms are very nice and spacious. It’s right off of the interstate close to a lot of restaurants and gas stations. The description says the room sleeps two but there are both a bed and a sleeper couch. We were very impressed and pleasantly surprised by this room; would no doubt stay again.

Great room with a tiny, but complete kitchen. Just what we wanted for a 4 night stay. Comfy seating area, nice bed. Nothing fancy, but we felt we got good value for our money. The main door could use a cleaning, as the dirt from handprints was a bit much. Lovely staff. About 15 minutes south of downtown. Dining options within walking distance.

This hotel was disgusting. Our room was dirty, we had stains on the pillows, hair on the bathroom floor, the bathroom garbage can wasn’t emptied, there were stickers and finger prints all over the bathroom mirror and the room smelled like marijuana and really strong perfume/room spray. I will absolutely never stay there again.
