I didn't like the fact that I couldn't get the goat milk soap. I also wasn't able to switch out my dirty towels for clean ones when I needed.

Convenient location

Upon check in. The desk attendent was doing small talk with an existing client. She did not greet me, or say I'll be with you in a minute. It was like i was not there. I was waiting patiently for about 5 minutes. I finally interrupted and asked if I can check in. She responded as soon as I am finished with her. The client said no go ahead and check him in, I've got to go to the bathroom.. The attendent checked me in, but was not kind.

Staff was friendly close to family and shopping/dining

The room had an odor of previous guests cooking and dirty laundry. The room faces the highway and is extremely close so you could hear all the traffic. Bed covers has stains on them.

The staff was helpful and friendly. Great location.

The kitchen was not well equipped. Two glasses, a couple of spoons and forks. The carpet was very dirty. It had not been vacuumed or vacuumed with a broken vacuum. One closet door fell down when opened. One toilet broke and ran. To flush this toilet you had to take off the back cover and pull the flapper by hand. Someone who stayed in the unit apparently loved to glue gun, because the table surfaces had glue on them. The ceiling fan didn’t work.

We were surprised at how spacious the rooms were. We really enjoyed having a space to relax on the couch, eat at a table and generally move around. The property was nice and well-maintained.

There were no spaces to sit outside. The weather was beautiful for this time of year, and we would have liked to relax outside, but there was not anything available. We also had to ask for extras, such as only 1 roll of toilet paper, the conditioner and shower gel in the shower were empty and walk all the way to the desk to exchange towels.

We’ve stayed here many times over the years. The cleanliness of the facilities has gone down significantly, from acceptable to poor and untenable. The hallways are dirty and were never vacuumed or cleaned during our 11 night stay. Debris was left on the sidewalks and parking lots. The office staff are accommodating, but severely understaffed there and in housekeeping.

The suite was roomy and comfortable. The kitchen stocked with essential tools, and morning coffee. There was a nice outdoor pool that we didn't use, but it looked inviting. Outdoor area picnic table is a nice touch, and the surrounding trees are inviting.

I really can't think of a dislike. If this was closer to Cleveland for the same price? But that isn't going to happen.

Good location and decent prices. It was close to fairgrounds.

No toilet paper. Only one fork and one spoon. Dishes had eggs and cheese on them. I had to do dishes before I could use them.

Comfortable bed and quiet room. That's about the extent of the positives. This hotel once had a splendid breakfast, attentive staff and beautiful grounds. It has deteriorated.

Very poorly equipped kitchen. Bathtub and vanity sink drains were very slow—both started to fill up with water almost immediately. The toilet barely flushed. Poor quality breakfast in a bag. This hotel feels like it has become more of a rooming house for contractors than an actual hotel for travelers.

The room could use some new clean furniture. We had to smell marijuana the whole night coming from another room. A smoke free facility yet it was coming through the vents.
