Staff at front desk talked about how much they disliked their jobs as I was checking in and weren't very friendly but the room was good and location was convenient. Staff at checkout was friendly.

Was woken up to fire alarm. Pool was freezing. Trash in hallway and room was supposed to have two queens and a sofa couch only had the queens

We enjoyed our stay at Hampton very much. Patrick, the desk clerk, was very friendly and helpful. After we settled in our room, we tried turning on the television, but could not get it to work. We called the desk and Patrick came to our room to see if he could fix it, but to no avail. He offered to have us switch rooms, but we said we were already settled. He took a substantial amount off our bill, to which we were very thankful. It showed us how much they cared about our stay. The breakfast was outstanding. We have family in the area, and will continue to use Hampton and spread the word to others.

Location was convenient for the other plans / places I needed to be in the area.

parking was terrible, no spots after 8pm. staff was barely seen and not helpful. breakfast bar was bad, ran out of food by 9, broken appliances, cheap, cheap, cheap, not clean, outdated furniture, ripped stained carpeting.
