Professional and friendly service set in semi-residential area. The morning breakfast is Dominican traditional and tastes great! It was my second time and will continue to go there when's I’m back in Dominican Republic.

Shower was not working properly, no shampoo or gel in the bathroom. No windows.

Good neighborhood, near markets,transportation, Malecon,Colonial zone, Conde peatonal. Breakfast very good, not too diferent every day but good, delicious. Staff honest, cafeteria ladies very nice, specially Iris. SPECIAL Thanks to Fabia manager her treatment was excelent. We dindn't like cleaning everyday and no asking you, we like they put sign on the door asking if you want clean room or not.

The rooms in the hotel have been upgraded, and are very nice. When I checked in I asked for room with a window, and when I went up to my room it had no window, and the room had not been cleaned from previous guests. I complained and was then given a room with a small balcony, so that was nice even if it didn't have a window. When I went to take a shower I discovered that the shower did not work, and water only came from the tap lower down. I complained to the front desk and they sent a maintenance man to repair the problem. Once the aforementioned problems had been addressed, my room was very comfortable, air conditioning worked very well, the cable channels were very good, and I had a relaxing stay in the room. As for the front desk staff, I would say that indifferent would be a compliment. They were not very friendly, in fact more like robots. The maids though were very friendly and helpful, so I left a tip for them. We had two power outages during my stay, at night, but the hotel generator started immediately, and even handled the air conditioning. The wifi was fast, and reliable.

the price-quality relation is fully ok, the room was clean and the wlan fast and the TV channnels good. the staff could be a little move welcoming, but if you start talking to them they were friendly and open. the room had no outside window, just one to the floor, but this was ok. Good that there was a safe, which I found essenial. the hotel is located about 5 min walking from the beginning of the old town. I will return.

the lobby of the hotel is very nice but the room was unfinished and very dingy. The staff was not very informative. Not really the best neighborhood I called and asked about the airport transportation to confirmed and I was told that it $30 when because I was only staying 2 days, previously I was not inform that. Did not fell safe at all

You can't beat price for nice , clean , Ac, wifi, and heart , front desk very helpful .....I'll go back and recommended!!!
