Had a difficult time getting an answer when calling from airport for the shuttle. Found one pillow case was either dirty or badly stained with make-up?! Breakfast was just “okay”. Had to take English muffin to my room to toast as toaster didn’t work.

Room said queen bed with sofa bed for 4. Hotel know it is for 2 adults and 2 childs. No extra bedding for the sofa bed. Sofa bed is in its last condition with no bedding to cover it. Only give 3 set of towels for 4 people.

Nice place to stay. Came for a convention and was able to check in early. The staff was friendly and the breakfasts options were ok and some of the options changed daily. My only complaint was that they never cleaned our room even when we answered the check in questions and stated we wanted the room cleaned every other day since that was the only option for housekeeping service.

Service & staff were excellent. Free shuttle rides to and from close-by restaurants, shops and airport were a plus. Breakfast was great! Only problem was the romm air-conditioner that kept switching to cold air regardless of temperature setting.

Oven door does not close all the way which I reported to the front desk, baking sheet was missing and front desk didn't have anymore, so I went out to buy my own. First day the room smelled good, the remainder of the days it smelled of cigarette smoke, my room was located by the pool and people smoking just outside of the front hotel door near pool. The location of the hotel was good and felt safe.

Called to let them know we were running late and wouldn't be checking in for a day later than expected, since we were driving 39 hours straight from California, and our reservation got completely cancelled. You'd think the staff at a hotel would be understanding of situations like this and not want to lose out on almost a grand, but this was not the case.

Maybe its just me and i dont know how to read which could be a thing but when i checked in they said that booking through expedia doesnt guarantee the type of room i get so i booked a 2 bedroom but instead was given a studio and they put no effort into making it right but blamed me for not understanding the terms and conditions.

The lady at the welcome desk was very nice and professional. (I think her name is Sharon) She made us feel very welcome

I had to stay at the hotel for couple days and lucky to stay at the Townplace Suites. The staff was really friendly and professional. The environment is very clean so i would recommend it to anyone.

Not handicap friendly as portrayed. The room wasn’t cleaned for the four days during the stay. The breakfast was boring. Other places might be better.
