It wasn’t the best but we had a place to sleep, we were gone all day anyways. And it’s the weekend stay and hotel rates were so expensive, so it wasn’t bad after all to save money.

Hotels.com post listed their pet fee for $10/night but I only found out that it was $25 after I paid the reservation. So I paid $30 extra for 2 nights.
The white old guy staff is very arrogant. Just because I had to repeat what he says coz I didn't hear it right, he treated me like I'm a dumb person. He probably thinks too highly of himself that much. I asked if he can honor the $10 pet fee posted in hotels.com but he told me to ask the manager the next day since he has no control over it. But for sure he knows I won't get a refund.
I talked to the middle-aged female manager the next day and she offered no help as well. She said that it's hotels.com's fault for they've changed their price. She pointed that fees on the wall. But I only found out about the higher pet fee after I paid for my reservation.
I told her that they need to update their pet fees in hotels.com and she said that it's not their fault even though the app only shows whatever info they've been given. She has no sympathy and lack any kind of care for customers. She's arrogant too.
Maybe this hotel's staffs are having a bad day.
I thought Super 8 being under Wyndham will be better than Motel 6. But nope. We always stay in cheap motels and this is the worst customer service, dirtiest and most sketchy place.
Bathroom ceiling has water stain. Light fixture is rusty. Front door light is going out.
Floor is full of soil. Linen is worn out. Hallway floor smells dog pee. It's like a squatters' area.

The toilet was permanently stained from not being cleaned the mattress had a permanent crater in the middle of it there was dust all over the countertop was all sticky

Hotel room was satisfactory as far as being clean. Price is high for what you get. Very few available outlets. I use a cpap machine and it was a real challenge.

Absolutely terrible. Avoid at all costs. We checked out 15 minutes after checking in. Dilapidated floors, broken doors, worn out mattresses, and just dirty. Extremely dissatisfied.

I stayed one night while a family member was in a nearby hospital. The room was smelly and dirty. The tile floor is filthy. The A/C unit is full of crud. The bed was comfortable but the sheets smelled musty. The bathroom had hair in the sink, dried toothpaste spit on the faucet and someone spilled coffee down the wall and it was still dried there.
The granite countertop is cut in such a way if you sit up straight on the toilet it hits you in the back.
They charge a $150 deposit which they will refund in 5-7 days if they don't smell smoke in the room. Sadly, smoke would probably smell better than the musty, body sweat odor in the room.
I will not stay here again.

Room is dirty, I found a roach in the drawer, nights stand and dresser were filthy and sticky! Highly recommend it being shut down!

The lady at check in was very pleasant, and the building on the outside looked nice, but once inside the age and deferred maintenance of the property started to show. The counter in the lobby was faded and worn. the flooring in the hall way was peeling up. The outside door to the parking lot was to be operated with the room key card, but the handle on the door was broken and door was always ajar. Once inside, the toilet was extremely low making it difficult to sit down or get up. The refrigerator had not been defrosted and had ice built up in the lower refer portion. The heater/cooler, although it worked, was filthy. It had also had never been cleaned and I hated to have to touch it to turn it on. Finally, the room had patio doors that opened to the outside, but the lock on it did not work and they had a bar in the track to keep it closed. And lets not forget that the listing says free breakfast which consists of a bottle of water, coffee, a muffin, and a yogurt.
The property could be a great place to stay if the owners would do a complete overhaul of the interior.

But the bed was very comfortable, and it was fairly quiet in the motel. Take the good with the bad I suppose.

Property had no closet, no real ironing board, inside of bathtub needed to be replaced.

I would not recommend this place again. I reserved a room for 5. They had to change my room as it reserved me a room that only slept 3. The 2 beds still only slept 4, even though it was advertised as sleeping 5, and the front desk woman told me the room slept 5. We had to go buy an air mattress. The “free” breakfast was non existent. When we asked about it we were told oh no we don’t have breakfast. Now let’s talk about how there was spills and dirt all over the floors. There were spots that were sticky and all around looked like nobody cleans. Even the comforter had stains on it. I believe it was nail polish. Outside towards the back of the building you don’t feel safe with the amount of ppl back there. Dont know if they were homeless or just selling out there. If I could have got a refund and found another place to stay, I would have left and found another hotel to stay at.

The bathroom fan didn't work so, the bathroom was insanely hot after a shower, the floors squeaked, you can literally hear people up and down the hallway at all hours slamming their doors, fighting the locks...

Very dirty property, this is the second time in a row this has been a sub-par stay. Room had bed bugs and was very dirty.
