Was picked up at airport and driver was the friendliest guy. The service as soon as we walked in was amazing, they were quick and over the top. Will definitely stay again.

They gave our room away even though it was prepaid. We got there at 12:30 am after our event and they had us drive to a different hotel 30 minutes away for a room.

Nice location and comfortable stay. Staff are very warm and kind. Breakfast option is a bit expensive for selections.

One of the main reasons we selected your hotel is because your web said you had airport shuttle service. When we arrived I called for a ride your front desk, said it ended at 11. When we arrived I inquired about shuttle schedule to go to DFW the next morning. We were told it left here on the hour, and 30 past. I asked to get on the schedule for the next morning. We were told we did not need a reservation. We arrived in the lobby at 25 past the hour. We were then told the shuttle was running late, it would probably depart at 45 past the hour. When the shuttle arrived about 45 past the driver said he would leave for DFW on the hour. This delay caused us rush to get through security and to the gate. What actually happened you only departed the hotel on the hour, skipping the 30 past departure altogether. Very poor and misleading service. Unreliable shuttle service.

The hotel was fine. No complaints once we got there. Very clean and comfortable, but the TV would not allow casting. A few restaurants and convenience stores are in easy walking distance. Count on a minimum of a half-hour ride on the shuttle to and from the airport. We couldn’t find the phone to call for the shuttle when we arrived, but we did finally see it when we went back to the airport the next morning. Not the fault of the hotel that it is not immediately apparent, but I would have benefited from instructions for catching the shuttle.

Thoroughly enjoyed my room. It was very clean, comfortable and spacious. The location is very convenient to D/FW airport and a variety of food options. I will say I was disappointed by the food and beverage prices in the restaurant and bar. I felt like they were excessive. Other than that I was quite pleased with the stay.

The AC did not work. We had to wait for them to send a technician and last time we stayed there the room door did not open. After waiting for the technician, we were moved to another room because he could no fixed like an hour after

Check in was good although they could not find the reservation at first. Dinner was good except that there was no one visible at the bar or restaurant at the early time they were supposed to open. There were no luggage racks in the room so we used an ironing board and a desk top. I found the mattress too hard so my back hurt in the morning. My husband found the bedding too hot or too cold Neither of us like the current bedding arrangement of sheets and heavy comforter. He was up and down all night changing the air temperature so hardly slept. As a result I didn’t sleep well either. Finally there was much condensation in the bath as there was no exhaust fan. We stayed at a Marriott Fairfield Inn in McKinney the two previous nights where we had a great stay. The facility is attractive and the dinner was delicious. However as there was no placement or tablecloth, my plate slipped all over as I tried to eat. The lady bartender was nice. I had a delicious glass wine.

Delay during check in. Room not available for 2 hours. Never received a call to let me know room was ready as promised when I originally arrived.

Very nice and comfortable. Would stay again.
