The hotel stay for 6 days was great from front desk clerk to management. They do not have continental breakfast anymore, since the covid 2019. However, they do serve fresh coffee in the morning with cream and sugar packages. There is a toaster and a microwave in the cafe room for any traveler to use it. Room I stayed at was good with mini refrigerator, tv, microwave, and coffee maker. No issues with my hotel room or the swimming pool. There is a 7-eleven, McDonald's, gift shop, and other places nearby. Walking distance!

We have been coming to Destiny Palms for the last 9 years. We love to come here. The price suits us And the drive to the parks is around 20 mins. Depending on traffic. The beds are clean and comfortable. The ritz it is not. But it is a great hotel to put your head down after a fun day at the parks.

I checked my kids into this hotel for relief since we were experiencing a power outage because of Milton. Well, the room was disgusting, mold in the microwave and in the bathroom. Mold on the chairs. When we went to check out early, the manager, CHUCK (who lies and says his name is Paul) asked why we didn't ask for a different room, and screamed at my daughter and my special needs son who is autistic and has Down syndrome. When I called to get my refund, he screamed at me on the phone yelling "what wrong with you" and hung on me twice. The only thing i wanted was my money back for this awful experience. Do not go there, my kids and I would rather brave no power and sleep in the car than be treated with so much disrespect.

Check in was nice; we didn't get in until close to midnight and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was a little musty but overall for what we needed it was alright.

We have been staying at this hotel since 2020. We have loved every trip! People are very nice & helpful! We had to cut this trip short because of the hurricane coming. They were very helpful in canceling our trip 3 days early. Love this hotel & staff

Quiet hotel very convenient to Disney. Rooms was super clean, bed was comfortable. Front desk staff friendly and efficient. Definitely recommend .

Great choice for Disney parks

My daughters family and I stayed for 5 days, we had to rooms booked. One was under her name and the other under mine. We had no problems checking in and I paid for both rooms on my credit card, no issues. Staff was nice and helpful, housekeeping did not speak English but they were able to restock the rooms for towels, would clean upon request, take trash. Rooms were clean, older hotel so some things were stained and appeared dirty. Only had showers no tub to bath children, breakfast is not served, pool area was clean and maintained. Not enough plugs, some plugs need to be replaced, while plugging in a charger it kept falling out of the socket. We ran the microwave and blew a fuse, maintenance was quick and did solve the problem. There are no USB plugs. After staying 4 days at the Disney resort we came back for one night stay, same situation, daughter had room and I had a room, this time they would not allow me to pay for her room because my name was not on her reservation, they could not add my name to her reservation. They had no problem the first time checking us in, I was there with my ID and credit card so the claim of fraud should not have been an issue! Price was good so you can’t expect a lot!

If you are going to Disney, this hotel is located about 10 minutes away from the park which is very convenient. The hotel itself is definitely dated and it shows in the rooms but staff was very friendly and for the price it's definitely something you can live it. I was only here to sleep so for that purpose it was great. If you plan to stay at the hotel more than going out, then I would recommend another location. There is no breakfast at this hotel but there is a McDonald's and 7-eleven 5 second walk away which is fine. Overall my stay was great but I am removing one star for cleaninises of bathrooms where you can see some water damage and paint or caulking falling off

The best place to stay in Orlando! Super nice staff, great rooms, and close to all the parks. Also there’s a McDonald’s, 7 Eleven, and Walgreens nearby too!

We expected this to be a "get what you pay for" stay and were prepared for it to be ...not great. BUT it WAS great! The staff is amazing. Went above and beyond for us. Always so pleasant and kind. The hotel is a little bit of a dated must FL hotel (that's the get what you lay for part) but our room was fine. When we first got there we were worried the ac wouldn't be strong enough dn woke up freezing cold. The toilet takes a minute to flush but it does eventually. Always had ample parking during our visit. Didn't see any bugs. We'll definitely stay again!
