Decided to go to Glasgow for a drinking night with the wife. And decided to book this hotel for the night. As trains stop at midnight for us and it would be cheaper to stay than get a taxi home.

Hotel location was good, hotel building was modern and clean. The price of the hotel was not worth it as there was no kettle or tea/coffee facilities in the room. Never stayed in a hotel where theres no tea/coffee set up in the room.

Terrible, no windows very small room. Very uncomfortable if you’re not a couple as there’s no separate bathroom it’s just 1 room and when you step out of the shower the other person can see you. Unless they go outside to wait. There was no air

From start to finish the staff were excellent. I arrived early and as agreed they took my case for safe keeping until check in. The room was warm and clean. The only thing missing was a kettle, but apart from that, no complaints.

Lovely couple of days away. Room was compact but comfortable. Food and drink excellent. Looking forward to another stay and hopefully will have the chance to have a game of bowling.

We were put in an accessible room, maybe due to the hotel being busy but the room is designed for a wheelchair so everything was low down. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever lay on. I didn’t sleep at all, I won’t stay again based on that.

Great stay every time. Staff lovely and room comfortable and clean. It had everything we needed. Temperature controls very effective and easy to use. Best sleep I’ve had in ages!

Comfortable bed and good location, however rooms flimsy, room had a drain above it and heard it dripping all night, air con system wouldn’t go off and constant cool air directly right at bed.
