I would not stay here again. They did not disclose at check in the fact hat rooms are only cleaned every other day. I could deal with that if I had know. They also charge to breakfast now. Charge for water.

One night stay for a Hornets game. Front desk was able to check us in 2 hours early. Excellent experience for an overnight stay. Directly across the street from the Nascar Hall of Fame. Our 7th floor room window actually opened with no screen or safety measure, people with kids might not like that but we enjoyed it.

The customer service provided by Mr. James Gale was excellent. I had two issues with the room and he solved it immediately without any haste.
I suggest that the lobby should have plants to make it a little more inviting, the decoration is more of business environment.

Stayed here for a seminar. The room was great. Very room and the bed was comfortable. The only concern I had was the limited food choices for dinner. and no room service except during conventions.

We stayed at this hotel while in town for a concert. It was in a convenient location close to the concert venue and also to bars and restaurants that are within walking distance. We were very pleased with the room and with the staff. Would highly recommend.

I parked in a pay lot behind the hotel, assuming it was part of the property...not the case. Had to move the car and pay for parking again.

Needs updating. Just ok but still pricey for what you get. Good location. Friendly staff. Took over 24 hrs to get towels I asked for twice. Kinda weird.
