Great location! Friendly and helpful staff. Very big and clean room, tastefully designed. We lacked more variety at breakfast - there were only fatty cheeses and not enough vegetables. But the dining room is cozy and the staff is very, very nice. Overall an excellent experience. Highly recommend the hotel.

Great location, nice staff and cleaning. Good Italian restaurant next door, guests have discount asking the reception. A feel minutes walk to the old town, and in front of a mall with good options of restaurants and cafe. During Christmas time a small market is located in front of the hotel.

This is great hotel that deal quite intimate. In a great location for all the sights that Prague has to offer as well as being close to a metro station and a shopping centre if needed. Staff are friendly and very good at their jobs and breakfast is well stocked with a good variety. Highly recommend

We have stayed at this hotel several times before. The location is near enough to old town yet far enough away from the noise of the crowds. If you get a corner room it will be spacious. The rooms are starting to show alittle wear so care should be given for future repairs to maintain their highest level of confort

The only problem was that the ac had been turned off for the season and because it was very hot we had to leave the windows open.

We had a great stay at the Golden Crown, fantastic location for walking to the old town square area and for accessing local trams serving the whole city. The reception staff were friendly and efficient and available 24/7.
The hotel is set in a quiet square overlooking the revolving Kafka’s head, which is quite remarkable. Our only very minor bugs were the air con worked but never reduced the room temp under 23 degrees despite setting it for lower, not uncomfortable for us though, also fantastic looking bathroom but the shower attachment isn’t the easiest to manipulate without spraying the bathroom, perhaps some glass bath panels would ease the gymnastics needed each morning! However, we would stay here again and for the room rate was great value.

Everything was perfect, had a two nights stay at this hotel, close to everything didn’t need to use public transportation at all, I really enjoy my stay at this hotel.

A hidden gem. It is not a large hotel, only a few rooms per floor but that makes it quieter. Found it by mistake but I would definitely stay here again. The rooms were comfortably large and clean. Feels luxurious, especially after staying in some small spaces in Europe. The best shower I have had with the waterfall head. I only wish I was staying longer than a day!

A really nice hotel in a great location. Faultlessly clean and bed was comfy, perhaps the room was a bit basic and looked a little underwhelming but the bathroom section was lovely and we had everything we wanted in the room and a bit more. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and we found it a great base to explore the city
