Globally ok but a little bit disappointing For 5* hotel, No smart tv, personal not very helpful or friendly

Hotel itself has potential, but is poorly managed and not really suitable as a business hotel. Paid 50% more for executive floor, but lounge was mostly closed and in darkness. General condition and cleanliness of the rooms and areas like the pool is not good. Wouldn't stay here again unless under new management.

The hotel is at the centre of the Government District. Safe and quiet. The Putrajaya lake is just beside the hotel, with the red mosque and Royal place on the other side. The view is stunning.

Property is nice and location fantastic, but some of the electrical maintenance issues became a problem for us forcing us to move rooms. Not a very inhabited area but great from a convention standpoint

very dirty one night for running event and had to kill 2 roaches and saw another one. Likely due to the room design. No actual separation between the toilet and the main room, hence the plumbing sink have smell and roaches! The design likely inspired by inmate cell, toilet and within the same square with your bed. The room design is also unpractical, despite having ample space, the place to put luggage is right bellow the TV. Sound proofing is almost non existence. Service is friendly but behind the scene is can be much improved. Breakfast has multiple choices; but pretty poor quality. Bread are dry, chicken overcook. and questionable hygiene. Definitely not a 5 star. More like façade to impress the guess. Not a pleasant experience if you want a good night sleep.

Pros: •Room and cleanliness- Great •View - Stunning •Staff nice and friendly •Breakfast buffet - probably my favourite…lots of food selection Cons: • The aircon wasn’t that good…we’d be sweating so much at night • In room service - ordered wonton noodle soup but it only came with 1 piece of wonton, mostly noodles and a few pieces of chicken - mushroom soup was good but only came with 1 tiny piece of bread but the Nadia goreng was lovely • Fridge wasn’t really cold • No a lot of traffic here however, to get to the city it’s pretty far and during peak hours normally take 1.5 hrs by car Overall, we had a great stay and most of the cons are avoidable so we had almost no problem and would definitely come back!

Checked in was a bit confusing. There was an area to queue which is ten metres away from counter. Myself including some ppl were queing but the receptionist attend to a family who walked straight to her counter instead of those who were in the queue. When i question her, she simply shrug her shoulders. I hope the check in and out process can be smoother esp when they're busy with check in and out customers.

Love the view of the lake and bridge. Beautiful quiet place

Ok for overall but I think the wardrobe need to use wd 40..made noise when opened the wardrobe.

Friendly staff and great facilities

I booked in three times, personal trouble, and it was always a good experience. The breakfast is something else I really liked it . All the staff was friendly and helpful, I hope I can go back sometime.

Soundproof room Fantastic view of lake and masjid from room. Comfortable bed Clean air conditioned gym on rooftop with view Rooftop pool with view , private. Good variety of breakfast buffet (get there early) good on one day but just ok the next. Outdoor activities include kayaking, bicycling, jogging, swimming

The room was good and the view was fantastic. The only thing I didn't like was the customer service. I called the cs for in room dining but to no avail. I called few times but still no avail.

Probably repeat soon.
