I’m a non smoker and they charged extra if you want a non smoking room. I had to get a smoker room. The bed was hard and had holes in the bed spread. The Entertainment for TV was good and clean.

Horrible dirty beds holes in sheets burnt smelled of cigarette in non smoking room too terrible check in rude employees

This place is a simple but comfy motel offering convenience & budget lodging. It’s not fancy but comfortable enough. The remodel has greatly helped.
The night clerk Mohan was super gracious & hospitable despite appearing grumpy. He took good care of us.
We would stay here again and if you are encountering and stopping to get rest, no other place comes close to the price. Safe travels.

The hotel was good for the price but my problem was the heater didn’t work and it was around 40 degrees outside. I had to sleep with my clothes on. I notified the manager. They said they would try to fix it but it was a cold night in Jacksonville.

It was okay they charged me for 3 people when it says 2 beds sleep up to 4 and the keptd knocking on my door for no reason . Shower was broken

They gave us a smoking room because they didn't have any more; the bathroom and the tub looked so old that we didn't even want to use them. The next day we managed to get a new room, it’s conditions were a little better. We only stayed two days.

Checked in on Friday and was met with a friendly desk clerk named Nick. He was very polite and made sure that everything was okay. Place was very clean and at night it is quiet outside.

Outside door didn’t seem secure. Latch on door broken. Beds hard and noisy. Bathroom door didnt close all the way unless shoved. Jacuzzi function didnt work. Neighborhood seemed unsafe.

Yeah, I've stayed there before. It's not in the best area, it's off of US1 in a not-so-nice part of town. But the property itself is really nice, clean, and well-maintained. The staff is friendly too. And for the price, it's a great deal, especially for salesmen like me.
