Very comfortable 5 night stay. Our room was spacious and modern, with a comfy sofa to relax on. Room was also warm and really quiet. Breakfast was very good, self service buffet style, with plenty of choice. Complementary hot drinks were also available 24/7, from machine next to reception. We made good use of this, taking a coffee or hot chocolate up to our room after a day’s sightseeing. The hotel is in a good central location, next to the river, a short 5 minute walk to the main high street and 15 minutes walk to the heart of the old town. The staff were excellent and all good English speakers. We really enjoyed our stay.

Check in is super slow. We arrived at 2:15 and were told room will be ready by 3pm as standard check in time. But after we came back room still not ready and people arrived later than us already checked in and we were told because system already assigned us room even before check in and we must wait for the designated room...... room is spacious however shower head is blocked and water pressure is low

The hotel was lovely but you will have to ask how to use certain things. For example the coffee machine is unique in the room. The television worked for one day but not the next. The WiFi fluctuated from weak or excellent.
The issues that I had were brought to the attention hotel and corporate for improvement. I can not say if those have been improved but I know that Marriot has a reputation to improve and correct even the minor issues.

The room was fantastic: renovated, clean, very comfortable with a fantastic kitchenette. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. And the breakfast was abundant. A wonderful choice for Sarajevo, whose center is only a few steps away. Thank you Residence by Marriott. Wonderful time.

Location was great, staff was amazing and the food was really nice - all in all a great experience. Rooms were spacious, clean, and airy so no smell and odour which i find in hotels quite often. Service was with smile.

It was within walking distance to almost all the sites we wanted to see. The room was clean, comfortable and the ac worked. Parking was an issue the 1st night. There’s limited space so I’d suggest calling ahead to try and reserve a spot. If you don’t there are lots around to park in. They suggested a lot that was right behind the hotel but you needed to negotiate the rate. It changed based on demand. Our 2nd night we were able to park in their garage starting at noon. Parking in their garage was a new experience for us. They had a car elevator to the garage below the hotel.

We had a very stay here. Property is walkable to many nice areas and short Uber ride to train station and shopping mall. There is also a small convenience store on a street across from the hotel. This was handy to get water and snacks. There is also a small park for little children next to the hotel.

We had a very nice suite on the top floor with a huge balcony and beautiful bathroom. If you want to walk into the old town, the location of the hotel is ideal.
Unfortunately the quality of the breakfast room and the overall quality of the breakfast is much worse and mediocre at best.
