Great location and the staff were very helpful. The room was very nice and had everything we needed.

This is our second stay at this property. We would stay every year but they’re typically booked! You cannot beat the proximity to the beach. The employees are very kind, helpful and are willing to do whatever they can to make your stay better. This will forever be our first choice when visiting San Diego.

We had an amazing stay at Carlsbad Seapointe Resort. The two bedroom option made it very comfortable for our family of four. Our two kids enjoyed having their own space and bathroom, while still being close. The pools were heated just enough to take the chill off, but weren’t too hot. We had fun at the arcades, enjoyed the fire pits, and playing around the property. Service was excellent, and the sunset views were incredible from the pools. On Sunday, they had live music and opened the adult-only pool up to everyone to enjoy a bbq, music, and the pool! They were some of the best BBQ burgers! The walk to the beach wasn’t too far, and the quick drives to the Carlsbad Outlets and restaurants made getting around easy. We were sad to leave, but we plan on coming back!

Super place for the $$$ price. Only way it could be better is if the property itself had some food options. Also, if you’re a lite sleeper, be prepared for some train noise during the night.

Such a beautiful place. everything was so perfect. I love the gift that was left in our room when we go back from Lego Land.

Across the road from the beach. Beautiful pools on property. Spacious condo unit, bright and nicely laid out. Very comfortable.

Very nice condo off the beach. Kitchen amenities were great. The only downside was the few outdated things (loose sink faucet and shower head), thin walls, and the power outage due to construction. Otherwise, the room was spacious and felt like home.

Back side was all torn up for renovations, which was fine except for the paint smells and junk piled up. Done in 2025. The train does go by even at 1am, It’s loud. The family jacuzzi is not lit, pitch dark, and only has one red spa light. Too creepy to use. Great staff. Clean property. We were only there for one night. It was good for the price. Some things dated and needing replacement. Shower head and tub faucet slightly off (needs replacing for sure). Some rust from the hold in bathroom. Loved the full kitchen and balcony. As a smoker going off property was understandable but felt a little nervous on the dark street I smoked at.

A wonderful resort across from a beautiful beach. Our family enjoyed the quiet area, beautiful views, activities on the resort and the comfortable and spacious apartment. The Activity Coordinators had fun activities for the whole family. We would love to go back one day

The staff was very helpful, the beds were so comfortable. There was some construction going on, but it was all right and we worked around it overall it was a good experience we would stay there again.
