Our stay was perfect to get together with family! The only thing that was a problem was that our room smelled like sewage really bad.

When my daughter and I checked in, there was a woman changing behind the registration desk. Not a great first impression, but we were already out $267 so we pressed on. As we got to our floor, it smelled musty. Once we got to our room, we realized that it had most likely lost its glory over a decade ago. It smelled, furniture was old, the sheets were re-stitched with blue thread, no comforter and just gross. The television only had around 20 channels to choose from with no pay-per-view. The ice machine didn’t work. I could go on, but the worst part was the “waterpark”. Parts of the tree were being held together with duct tape. There was no private changing room. The lazy river was more of a push your feet off the walls to move with the water type of river. All in all, complete disappointment. The complimentary breakfast made both my daughter and myself sick. Don’t waste your money!

The front desk and staff was so nice to us. The water park is wonderful and I loved how there was a concession stand/food place with very decent prices right there! It wasn’t overly crowded, the breakfast was good, we had a great experience. We will definitely be back again!

Everyone whom we had contact with on the property, was kind and helpful.

You hear trains around the hour. Next to the museum and Mississippi River. Water park was fun regardless that there were some rust. The breakfast room was small and we had to wait for seats. The kids room was fun. Room was nice and updated. Felt clean. No bugs. Had microwave and fridge. Lots of vanity space.

Beautiful view, nice river walk outside hotel. Waterpark was in poor condition.

Overnight check-in tried to help me work a bigger room upgrade but the Hotels.com reservation did not accommodate it. Something both One Key and the property should work on. Hotels need to understand no matter how I booked, I am still a revenue booking. I was able to get a rollaway which worked out.

We had a beautiful corner room with a great view. Hotel needs some updates. Our room smelled of stale cigarette smoke and some furniture was chipped and marred. The bed was clean and quite comfortable

The hotel room was good. Service was good. A little upset the the summer hours started when I booked the hotel for my daughter's bday and wanted to stay for the indoor water park. Found out it's was closed Monday-Wednesday, and wasn't notified about it. Found other things to do in the area for her bday.

Great location on the the Mississippi. Hotel is tired and wore out. The restaurant attached to the hotel was dirty and food was sub par to what the national chain serves in other towns.

I think the hotel is great staff is great but the WATERPARK is not safe with the amount of rust and duct tape and the water pressure in the splash pad area is way to string for littles now the price is decent but not for how bad the waterpark is it’s very rusty with duck tape everywhere it definitely needs updates been the same for at least 20 years

Check-in guy was super friendly and place looked nice. Room had front of AC unit falling off, no vent fsn in bathroom so steam kept setting off smoke detector, drywall tape was peeling in bathroom (probably related to no vent fan), curtains had tears, and no way to lock door that staff couldn't bypass. The electronic keypad things were in the way of being able to flip the locking mechanism. Breakfast was subpar and staff was very rude, they cared more about last night's staff not putting some chairs away. Waterpark was fun but desperately needs to close for a few days to do some touch up painting and rust removal. Soft pad at the bottom of the toddler slide was more of a danger than anything.
