Central location is good. I did not like they charge you for bread the serve as breakfast with no announce.

The property has abandoned scooters and other debris around the place. It does not appear to be well maintained. There’s no signs showing where the location is. And it would be nice if the pictures showed what the entrance looked like.

The staff was excellent! The property was somewhat loud at nite for a old man trying to go to bed with people outside my room partying ! But besides that excellent place to hang !!!!!

This is the second time I’ve stayed at this property and what more can I say? This place is outstanding! It was the first time for my wife. She loved it. We spent three weeks at this property in January 2024 and it was idyllic. The weather was perfect. The service was impecable. The restaurant hours were appropriate and the food was outstanding. The owner and the receptionist manager went out of their way to make our stay incredible. The price point of this hotel is what really makes it an extremely good value. One final note to add about our stay in Oaxaca was that they are now offering a rideshare app called DiDi. We discovered it halfway through our trip and it isn’t Uber but it is close. You can request a ride and they will tell you how much it will cost and you can either except it or decline it. The drivers name and license plate number shows up on the app. This took out any negotiations that we were having to deal with the regular taxi drivers. Plus we could watch for the driver and we knew how close he was getting. This is a must have app if you’re visiting Oaxaca. Yes, you still have to pay him with pesos, but it is much better than hailing a cab or calling a cab. Just download the app and put in your information. If you have a picture of yourself, that really helps the driver find you on the streets. Unfortunately, you cannot use DiDi to depart the airport but you can when return. Government. Grrrr!

Started off standing in line to get booked in one person at the counter. Another guy walks in behind me, and a kid that was just wandering around takes him so I wait 20 minutes to get checked in. Then get to the room had dirty Q-tips, laying on the chair as soon as you walked in Doors between the Jason bedroom were locked. Had to wait to get someone to unlock them to be able to use the second bedroom.
