Front desk clerk didn’t know if you had connecting rooms. Pretty sure she didn’t know what connecting rooms are. Went down to breakfast at 6:40 am. Out of coffee. Disappointing. Coffee refilled 30 minutes later. Ran out of tissues in 3 minutes. Bed was fine.

DO NOT STAY HERE. The property itself is filthy - wallpaper peeling everywhere, water stains on walls, carpet is disgusting, feet stuck to the bathroom floor, musty smell throughout whole hotel, elevators weren’t working properly, couches in rooms were filthy - not the Hilton standard at all. We stayed here while passing through for the night and couldn’t believe the conditions - who manages this property?! All decor and furniture was either filthy or falling apart - by far the WORST Hampton and hotel for that matter we stayed at. Also ants all over the bathroom. This place was gross

We stayed here while passing through for the night and couldn’t believe the conditions - who manages this property?! There were signs pardon our dust we are updating which was fine, but definitely needs new carpet in that upgrade. Shower didn’t drain, iron had broken button on it, hairdryer had broken button on it. Definitely needs to be check list when cleaning rooms to make sure stuff that’s broken is caught even though not high priority and maybe not used a lot still something that’s offered that needs to work properly for those who do use it. Remote for tv was missing back that covered the batteries.

Not very clean. Construction was underway outside the room but inside was in poor condition. They didn't have the room we reserved. Had to sleep on a pullout bed which was very uncomfortable! Staff did not rectify.

The bathroom was filthy Toilet was dirty, floors were dirty, shower was dirty with mold on the ceiling and a dirty shower curtain. Pillows had hair on them and clearly were not changed. Wallpaper peeling off and the room smelled terrible.

There was a very recent Hurricane , so they deserve a break for that , but bathroom had soiled linens and no shampoo, ewww!

We really did enjoy our stay. The room was beautiful and comfortable. I did think the pet fee was excessive; we did not know the price in advance (booked on Hotels.com) and since it was a non-refundable reservation we could not cancel when I was told about it. The pet fee was almost as much as the room itself.

Wanted a place clean and convenient to stay overnight on our way to Disney. This place was perfect. It also has a great breakfast included.

The front desk said they would be renovating. Badly needs it! Got off of elevator on 2nd floor: carpet soiled, wallpaper peeling, smelled like bug spray. Got to my room and could not get tv on. Called front desk and they sent maintenance who condescendingly unplugged power from a box and plugged it back in and it worked. Like we should know to do that. In my dad’s room, same problem with TV. Had to unplug reply and also switch to hdmi to get it working. His shower head fell apart when he took a shower and sprayed water all over the bathroom. The floor had black hair all over it. Not great for a 92yo trying to shower in a tub shower. Paid $75 to have my Yorkie in the room. Total room fee should have been less than that for the condition it was in. Best thing was breakfast. Very nice staff.

wall paper falling off walls, piss in floor around toiler, oh the bed was terrible and the noise from it woke you up. Would recommend a full remodel

Rooms were well worn and dirty. This is not a 3-star property - but it is priced as one.

Everything was great except bathroom shower was not clean. Very long hair splattered on shower wall and shampoo dispenser.

I honestly thought the 4th floor of the hotel was condemned which is where our room was at. The wallpaper was peeled off of the walls when you were walking down the hallway you could feel the floor appeared to have potholes in them. On top of this, the a/c did not work. FIND ANOTHER HOTEL!!!
