Good location and very close to the Park.We spent 1 night there and I decided to book one more night thinking we stay in the very same room.Sadly they moved us to much smaller room even there was only little price difference.Second room was much smaller especially bathroom.
All overall the place is nice clean staff pleasant ; we liked our first bigger room with double sink much better.

Expensive rate in a so so facility. Needs some serious upgrading. Could not even get a bottle of water at their coffee bar. Happy I was only there for a single night.

Upon arriving we were a bit concerned as the exterior of the hotel looked worn. However the interior lobby was nice and offered cookies and coffee.
Our room was also small, but had nice decor and a comfy King size bed which we needed after many travel nights in a queen bed. Bath was small too but overall it would be great for a 1-3 night stay.

The facility was nice and well maintained. The staff was very accommodating. My only complaint is that the room was small and the shower was impractically small and cramped.

The room was small and the shower was impossible. I understand that the building is old, but it is sadly in need of an update.

The room was cute but very small. Not cleaned well. Red hair in the shower, floor was dingy, we bought Lysol wipes from the grocery and wiped it down. It’s quaint and cute but needs better cleaning. Carpet is older. Shower is extremely small. Quiet area so no noise.

Everything was great except parking area/spaces were tight. Most vehicles were mid size SUV’s and it was very tight. Room was comfortable, quiet and clean. Staff was friendly.

I enjoyed the rustic feel of this hotel. Location was convenient to dining, shopping and National Park entrance. Coffee was available in the lobby. I found this a good choice for my travel!

It’s a little hard to find when it’s pitch dark out. Parking is limited and you can’t park on the sidewalk except by that big tree.
Room was renovated. Room was warm and so I had to jack up the air. Shower is really small. Bathroom has been renovated but it reminds me of the 70s style.

Not at all what was pictured or described on the website. Room was very small without any amenities. Shower was way too small for my husband and barely big enough for me. Toilet wasn’t fully anchored. Has to request towels and toilet paper more than once.

Hotel is clean, comfy and quite charming. Bed was so comfy that I wanted to stay longer! Staff was friendly and the location was great! Close to shops and restaurants but far enough to be quiet and peaceful!

I took my son to Yellowstone for his 14th birthday. This place was very convenient to everywhere we needed to be. Staff was always very helpful. The room was very clean. Lots of tv channels to pick from. I would definitely stay here again!

The staff were super friendly and always helpful. They gave us an upgrade to a larger room which we really enjoyed. We were able to walk to restaurants and it was very close to entrance to Yellowstone Park. Rooms are a little dated but nice and clean and bed was very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Really cute little place just outside the main hustle and bustle of town. Super clean and comfortable. Nice coffee bar in the morning. Double sinks was nice. Staff were very welcoming and helped us with recommendations. Definitely would stay here again.

The staff was awesome, always there willing to help and give ideas about food etc. The rooms were not elaborate or super big, but we did not come to Yellowstone to do anything but sleep in the room. So it was perfect.

While everything was clean, the room was extremely small. The bathroom even more so. The shower was about 2 foot by 2 foot, and the drop ceiling made it very difficult for a 6 foot man to take a shower. Really not much you can do about that, but be aware if you book.

The room was very clean and looked like it was recently remodeled. We didn't need to interact with the staff much but when we did they were friendly. The parking was a little tight. The location wasn't special but it was very convenient and within walking distance to ask the shops and restaurants. Good experience overall

This cute little cabin was very well organized and epuiped with more than you’d ever need during your stay. The place was immaculate which is highly important to me. Easy check in and check out. Top of the line bedding and comfortable mattress. Even the flowers planted outside were a plus! Highly recommend!!!
