Room cleanliness non existent. Had to request new towels in order to shower in the morning on 2 consecutive days. Bed never got made and trash not emptied until we made it an issue. No ice or vending machines available. OJ not available most mornings. DO NOT Recommend this hotel to anyone.

Pros...Clean room, comfortable bed. Close to area attractions and dining. Staff was nice, price was reasonable. Cons.. dated facility. 2 story but no elevators. House keeping brings 2 towels per day anything else is by request. They might make your bed, maybe, depends how they feel that day. Looks like some people may live on property but didnt seem to friendly.

My friends and I liked the hotel. It was a rest stop after our fishing trip. The room was clean but the tv wasn't working when we checked in. Once I notified the front desk, they brought someone up to fix it and it was good. Only thing I would complain about was the high price for the room for this Saturday, not sure if maybe it was short notice since the room price was 50% less for the following weekend. I felt it was overpriced.

Checkin great, horse race in room above at 3 am was very noisy. Bed was clean but it is a tired hotel. When the bathroom door won't open because it hits the toilet there's a problem.

The front desk employee was friendly and the toilet, tub and sink were clean but, the bedding looked old with faded stains, vents and every corner was layered with grime, there was a strong odor in the building and room, the doors wood paneling was peeling, the paint was chipped, you cannot fully open the bathroom door because it hits the front of the toilet so the bathrooms have limited accessibility, there is little pool privacy or landscaping or outdoor maintenance; the pool appeared clean at first but, I removed a living frog with the net (no fault of hotel) and while I was checking for further frogs, saw a large-ish object at the bottom of the pool. Scooped it out with the net and it was a huge chunk of what looked like raw meat/a piece of roast. I’m not joking. It was revolting. I got the front desk employee and said that I need to show him something that I removed from the pool (now on the ‘lawn’ outside the pool fence). Asked him to consider closing pool, shocking pool and asked if there were cameras for them to figure out what the hell happened. He apologized, he took a picture of it (and the frog for some reason), said he checked the pool when he arrived at work and didn’t see anything, and said he texted his manager and would let me know. I never heard anything, I checked out the next morning (noone was at the desk and they had a cup for returned room keys); the pool was still open. They offered no remedy. Would never stay there or recommend that place.

This place looks like it was relatively recently renovated but it was done cheaply. The person at the front desk was not very 'motivated'. The price payed for one night was excessive for what you get at this place.

The bathroom had Mildew. No one ever inspects these rooms to make sure they are up to par. Managers do not follow up .

My best friend & I went for the weekend. As others have said, the outside leaves much to be desired. However, when you go in, much nicer. Front desk staff were friendly. Overall, great location, nice staff and clean, comfortable rooms. Would stay there again.
