We originally picked this hotel because it has an EV car charger, but we ended up taking our other vehicle so we didn’t use the charging for it.
However, once we checked into our room, we were very pleasantly surprised at the state of the room the full size fridge Mini kitchen The size of the room The location was also very nice near a lot of amenities and the staff was friendly.

It was a great place to stay. Clean, quiet, and close to a lot of fun hiking. Plus the pool was heated and the jacuzzi was nice.

Room had not been vacuumed. I renewed my stay today and asked to have the linens replaced and the vacuuming done. The temperature dial in the tub needs to be fixed yet.

I would like it if the housekeeping staff were quiet in the hallway. They talk very loud and bark out laughter causing my dog to bark. Also, soft closing room doors would be nice to keep the noise of the doors from slamming, setting my dog to bark and waking me. I am a late sleeper. I just don't want people upset with me and my dog.

New and very clean. I like My Place because it has full size refrigerator but they should not rely on these for ice. We had 2 rooms for our family and neither refrigerator produced more than a couple cubes of ice. Also, elevator shuddered every time we used it. Front desk help did not seem to care when we voiced our concerns.

I wish I had caught the night time guys name (20's-30's age) but he was awesome & always busy cleaning or atocking when I'd pass through. He was super friendly.
We basically came to sleep & shower. It served its purpose, was clean & we will definitely be back. Thank you!

the receptionist told us she would charge us $300 if we smoked in the room. And when we got in the room it stank like smoke and more. The receptionist also had a barking dog next to her while we were checking in. My wife and I spent 12 days on the road and stayed at 11 hotels and this one was next to the worst experience!

During a 2 week road-trip across country, this was the best hotel out of them all. Its a shame we only got to stay one night. Very pet friendly. Cleanest hotel I've ever been in.

We were very impressed with My Place Hotel in Hurricane UT. The hotel was exceptionally clean, the staff friendly and our room was large and well appointed. We were quite impressed as the price tag was lower than many hotels we stayed in during our long trip. I've already recommended the hotel to others. It's about half an hour to Zion National Park.

When we arrived, we were told our room was taken and they even checked and there was people in there. We wanted a one queen bed, but they found us another room with two beds. It makes no sense to this day how someone else took our room since they ask for IDs when checking in. Our door also never shut all the way so we would come back to find our door cracked open everytime. We wont be returning, but the workers there were friendly and did help us so we really appreciated them.

This is my 2nd stay at this Hotel. I love it. It caters to every need you may have, including great beds, a place to walk your dog, a breakfast you can order either in the morning or the night before. Unlike some more expensive hotels, it also had a hair dryer, stove top and full-size refrigerator. The service is exceptional. The location is great. The only thing keeping it from being the perfect hotel is no dishes or silverware. Maybe they could provide paper plates and plastic silverware. Even without that, I would highly recommend this place

There was however no pots, pans, utensils or plates/glasses. We could try to borrow from the hotel, but never available as never returned by guests. Many came in with full groceries to find this out.
