The room was exactly what we expected on arrival-very clean. We stayed 6 full days. During that time we received 1 service for clean linens & room cleaning. We had a barking dog across the hall for an entire day into the evening. Breakfast during the week had no variety, until our last morning. Coffee had a bitter taste all week. Any time we talked to staff, they were all very pleasant.

The young man that checked us in was positively delightful! The room was fine but it had a handicapped button. I assume that meant it was handicapped accessible However the toilet was so low no handicapped person could use it. The faucets in the sink were very difficult to operate. Other than those things it was a pleasant stay

Walls are paper thin. Can hear man snoring from room next door and could hear all conversations. Chips on floor (we didn’t have chips)

We were delighted that we had a separate room and bathroom for the children. Nice lay out that the living room/kitchen was in between so we had some sound deadening.

We evacuated from the recent hurricane. The room was nice and spacious, more than we needed. Really nice to have coffee maker, refrigerator, etc.

I enjoyed staying here while visiting my daughter in Gainesville! The property was very clean. The rooms were spacious. The breakfast had a good amount of options. The beer and wine pour option was a great addition also. When I come back to visit her again, I will stay here.

The waffles were terrible. Our room never got cleaned despite us being gone from 9:30am to 9pm. The hotel leaves the LED pool light on all night so the light shines through the sides of the curtain so the room isn't dark. The lady who worked the breakfast area was almost rude.

Could not bolt door. Latch does not line up. Hotel was sold out so we could not move. We had to place a table in front of the door for our safety. Couch in room was dirty. Pillows on couch dirty. Carpeting was stained. Eggs swimming in butter breakfast food selections poor. Faucet in kitchen leaked when in use. We spent approximately $1600 for 2 nights and felt completely misled especially since we have stayed in other Hilton locations where our experience was completely different.

There was no shower gel or conditioner in the bottle. There was not blankets and pillows for the pull out couch. The pull out couch had urine stains on the fitted bed sheet. Notified staff of soap and conditioner and they immediately brought us new bottle. They also brought us extra blankets and pillow for the pull out couch.

We enjoyed our stay, it was perfect our girls were participating in the UF volleyball camp and facility was 3 mins away! Everything about the hotel was great! Would stay again

I had problems with checking in which was started by Expedia not sending over my information ahead of time. Then it snowballed after that I wasn’t told no 2 bedroom suites weren’t available. My husband was sick and we walked to room to find out.
