The room we had was a room for disability. There is no countertop to put anything on. And a couple of the floor tiles were cracked. Also the shower water has a little rust in it initially then it clears up The location is definitely great when going to football games

Spent 250 for 1 night and quality was poor for spending that paying that much. Sheets had stains on them, and mattress sagged in the middle. Walls needed paint touched up, crackes and damaged drywall in places. Air conditioner barely got cold enough, was set at 60 and barely felt like it was 70 in the room.

We chose this property for its location to the OSU stadium and that was great, being able to walk to the game.

When downstairs in the morning I heard probably 10 people complaining about their rooms being hot as well. The floor tiles in the bathroom were cracked and would pinch your feet. The bathroom door had splatters on it. Just awful.

Location was good, facilities were clean and neat. Room was clean. TV signal didn't work. Contacted front desk but wasn't corrected, no other rooms available. Asked for discount on room but was told manager had to approve that. Asked for it to be forwarded to manager.

Day one, I checked in and there was no TV remote, had to be moved to another room after unpacking.
Day 2, left room at 1pm Sunday with no room service. Came back that night with no room service. I informed manager, she said that the housekeeping staff called in so there was no room service. I assume all rooms were not cleaned that day. Very upsetting for the reputation this hotel chain has. My bed not fixed, dirty towels on floor, no clean towels & trash was building up. Thank you

First room bedding was dirty..one bed was full of pet hair..transfered to another room bedding had stains..shampoo holder broken off wall..carpets in elevator, hallways and rooms are dirty and stained. This hotel needs a major renovation. Staff very friendly

The staff was very nice, however the this particular hotel was not very clean. The hallway smelled of mildew and it didn’t appear the cleaning staff vacuumed anywhere outside the actual hotel room. Our room had red stains all over the carpet. The hallway carpet and carpets in the lobby were filthy. The front desk area was not clean. Aside from the staff being very friendly our stay was not a pleasant one.

When you drive up the grounds were unkept. The bed sheets and pillow case had stains. The pool was green and not usable. When you 1st walk up there was a bird nest above the main door and there were bird dropping all over the front.

It was a settling stay as the building is noticeably neglected. I would never stay there again or recommend it to anyone.

Well where do I start…. Elevator broke upon arrival. Bird crap piled up in front of the door as I entered. Trash out front was full with trash all around it. Computer kept locking up. Pool was outside and full of algae. Positive was the rooms were pretty nice and have no complaints there but man this place needs some management help
