We had a late flight got in about 7pm waited over an hour for a shuttle even called the hotel. We finally took a cab. The only thing that made this trip better was the amazing front desk staff and the waitress at bar. She stayed open late so we could eat and the front desk immediately fixes our room that was changed in error!! Overall an amazing experience!!

I recently stayed at the TownePlace Suites by Marriott Miami Airport, and unfortunately, my experience was far from ideal. First of all, the hotel charges $20 per night for parking, which is outrageous considering its location near the Miami Airport. Parking fees of this kind for an airport hotel make no sense and feel like an unnecessary money grab. Additionally, the air conditioning in our room wasn’t working, and we were forced to change rooms, which was very inconvenient. To make matters worse, the shower in both rooms was terrible — barely any water came out, making it difficult to have a proper shower. This should not be the case in any hotel, let alone one from Marriott. Overall, I was very disappointed with my stay. The service and amenities simply didn’t meet the expectations set by the Marriott brand, and I would hesitate to stay here again.

Spent one night after a long day. The shuttle runs every half hour, so I was able to catch the last pick up. Though there were a lot of guests arriving at that time, check in was still quick and effortless. The front desk staff were very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast started at 6 am and there were options for everyone to choose from. Time to head back to the airport. Checkout was simple and again the shuttle on time and the driver very helpful. I will stay here again.

Staff was very friendly and helpful! Hotel was very clean, bathrooms very spacious. Water pressure was lacking a little but all in all, excellent room with a kitchen, full fridge and ver large closet. Had King suite. Can never go wrong with Marriott

We just stayed 1 night but if I come back to Miami I would stay again at this hotel, the location is good I was not far to the beach and restaurants and my stay was because I have an event and it was just 20min away from the place, good location. And the Staff was really nice. They offer breakfast! It has a pool, and they also have airport shuttle in case you don’t rent a car, if you do the offer parking paid but for that one night it was good.

Hotel was for a one night stay for baseball game at LoanDepot Park which was convenient to the park. Hotel staff friendly. Hotel was clean as was our room. Beds slept fine. Breakfast was okay, no high expectations for a free breakfast. Area around hotel seemed a little sketchy but no issues or any noise.
