It was like staying at a museum. Striking. I wished my room had more outside light but other than that it was great. The bathroom is nice and renovated. The reception and host was incredible so attentive and friendly. The location of the hotel was so great right on the river and you can easily go to the other side where more of the restaurants I enjoyed were located.

Florence is a beautiful city full of history, and staying in a well-maintained with historical details building makes your experience perfect. The staff members are nice and helpful.

We had super great experience staying here. Reception lady I don’t know how to spell her name. She is really nice friendly and gave us information where to go and history about the city and the hotel. Very useful and interesting. If you need anything she’s there to help. River view room is fantastic we also saw fireworks at night. And it’s convenient and walking distance to most of attractions. Highly recommend for this hotel.

This was one of our favorite places to stay. Anastasia is the absolute best at helping you with anything you need and giving you information. Breakfast was delightful and location was perfect.

Andrea the concierge was a gem. Always patient and helpful with whatever question we had. The location is close to anything you could want from shopping, dining and historical things to see. The rooms are very spacious, much bigger than anything I’ve ever stayed in Europe. The included breakfast was amazing. We would stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone.

This hotel was extremely charming and in the most beautiful location. Room was spacious, and the paintings and carvings on the ceiling were extraordinary. Bathroom was large and clean and quite comfortable. The women in the Reception area was friendly and courteous and extremely helpful. Food was delicious at breakfast. Highly recommend this beautiful spot for your stay in Florence. It is in the Perfect area.!! I can't wait to go back.

The breakfast was perfect and the coffee was amazing. Special thanks to Agustino(sorry if I don’t remember your name correctly) in the dining room who gave us such a kind and rememberable experience and a perfect Italian coffee. Beautiful rooms. We were not advised beforehand that the property is undergoing a renovation! The views are covered with outdoor draping! Also, we were not told that you have to find an entry bell around all the construction to gain entry to the property upon arrival-very confusing!

The suites were beautiful in a historic building. It was a central location which made it easy to walk to any area of the city. Once we figured out how to get into the building (there was construction and the buzzer was not easily visible) we loved our stay.
