Very pleasant stay at the H10 Casanova. Rooms were very spacious and clean. Used the terrace which was nice and the pool is more like a bath in size but nice to look over Barcelona. Very good location and quiet a few places to eat in the surrounding area.

I love the atmosphere of the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived much earlier than expected and they found another room for us. The building is old, but well maintained. We had a good stay and rested well. It was walking distance to shopping, restaurants and attractions.

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. I was traveling with someone in a wheelchair. They have an electric lift that only operates with a key. Unfortunately, they lost it one evening so it presented significant challenges but we muddled through. The staff was extremely apologetic but it was a very big hassle. I would suggest staying elsewhere if you're traveling with someone with mobility challenges.

It was lovely. Very nice room. We really enjoined out stat! Only thing we missed was a toilet brush so we could clean the toilet by our selves.

Stayed here for 2 nights pre-cruise. Great location and close to metro and local shops/restaurants. Felt safe in this area while taking in the sights. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Would stay here again.

The best feature of this hotel was the staff. I can't say enough about their friendliness and helpfulness, especially Nadia, the bartender downstairs. She went above and beyond and made my stay very pleasant.
The hotel was very comfortable. I had a great view of the Gran Via. It was well located, near shopping areas and public transportation.

Everyone was so helpful and kind. There were restaurants close by. It was a safe and quiet location. The team on the rooftop were so nice. The rooms, clean and very maintained, loved it.

Hotel was okay. No help with the luggage and room booked was not available. Bucket of ice had to be picked up at the bar downstairs for free or delivered to my room for 4 euros. Breakfast was good and the front desk was amicable.

The walls in my room desperately need a new coat of paint.
The issue of no bellman available to assist with luggage was disappointing, as I travel with 4-5 bags on every trip due to my work.
Breakfast was great though.
