Our family stay at Mimaru Tokyo Station East was fantastic. The staff were all friendly and very helpful, and the location was superb for our planned activities.

This is the first time of my stay at Miramu Group apartment Hotel. The staff are responsive to my questions before the stay, whick help clear my doubts. Besides, the room assigned is also very nice. I will definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Despite we were Expedia VIP members they charged us for few hours of late checkout. Normally with Expedia VIP status you can get checkout up to 2pm.

Good for families staying for long time and needs kitchen to cook. If you are staying a couple of days with a couple or single. Skip it. It I pricey and not worth extra price for plates cooking ware ect. For same price get a more luxurious hotel.

Great family hotel. 7/11 right down stairs along with a restaurant. Staff was very helpful. The rooms have everything you would need. It was also close to the subways. I would for sure stay here again.

Cute apartment, clean, 2 bedrooms close to everything, 7 eleven on bottom floor, lots of restaurants nearby. Only downside was there was no room for your luggage. Other than that it was perfect.

Another great property of the Mimaru chain. Located in a mainly business office district it’s in a quiet neighborhood and not in a party or nightlife area. There are a couple of train stations close by but it’s about a 15 minute walk Tokyo Station but it’s only 2 bus stops away. There’s a 7-11 on the first floor and several other convenience stores on the same block. Property and staff are excellent.

Our stay at Mimaru Hotel was great. It was comfortable for 4 people with 2 bedrooms, small living room and kitchenette. The bathroom is small but to be expected. It is very convenient with 7-11 store in the building and close to the subway stations and 10 minute walk to the JR Shinkansen station. There were stores and restaurants around the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel.

We always stay at Mimaru Tokyo East every time we go to Japan as it has so many options for transport - easy to get to from Haneda (Narita is a little bit more tricky if you have lots of luggage but still ok), walkable to Tokyo station and close to Odaiba. West side of Tokyo is a little far but that’s normal in Tokyo.
Property is super nice for family with kitchen and bunk beds and separate twin room with 7-Eleven on ground floor which is so convenient.
Staff at front desk are super friendly and speaks great English. All in all, well stay there again for sure!

We always stay at Mimaru Tokyo East every time we go to Japan as it has so many options for transport - easy to get to from Haneda (Narita is a little bit more tricky if you have lots of luggage but still ok), walkable to Tokyo station and close to Odaiba. West side of Tokyo is a little far but that’s normal in Tokyo.

Very well maintained property in quiet location but not far from subway and Ginza. It is spacious in Tokyo standard.
The pillows are not supportive. There isn’t shelves for clothes to store, but lots of hangers.

New property, well designed apmts, good range of amenities. Staff exceptionally friendly, helpful & welcoming. Perfect location for access to city, shopping, transport, eateries. On site cafe had great food at very reasonable prices. Seven Eleven store adjacent to property well stocked & convenient. Rooms spotlessly clean & regularly serviced. We enjoyed our stay at this apmt & would most definitely stay again on next visit to Tokyo
