Was very nice room and comfortable bed! Very clean.

We were very disappointed...Our first room reeked of chemical cleaning fluids and the floor was sticky...After airing it out for two hours, we asked for a new room. We received it as front desk person was helpful. However, the second and final room smelled dank and musky...so our choices were not so great. Seems like a pretty big deal and when we pay about $220 for a one night stay, a fresh room is a reasonable ask.

Very nice. Room had a hot tub which I didn’t use but it was a very large room. McCall was very charming. Bit of a hike to lakefront/ downtown

Well located across from the McCall airport within easy driving distance of the lake and downtown. Nice breakfast and friendly staff.

Listing stated it was a pet friendly room with a higher rate. They still chose to charge me an additional $40 taxes for my dog.

The first room that was given to us was not ready (bed not made, towels on the floor, trash everywhere) The second room was not great ( toilet was broken and there was toilet paper inside) We got a third room, and that one was ok. I have to say that for the price we paid the experience we had so far has been disappointed. Guacimara

The TV didn’t work at all, the sheets and towels were stained and we had to request enough toiletries for each of us. I was sadly disappointed.

Around three hours after checking out, Wife realized forgot clothes items and closet called staff informed her we are being charged $250 for a smell in their room and they don’t even know what it is neither I nor my wife smoke She could not narrow down what the smell was so they build me $250 for absolutely no reason and also informed us that my wife’s clothes were not in the closet So somebody wound up with some beautiful clothes and management to lay a Bogus Fraudulent whatever you wanna call it $250 charge on my credit card for absolutely nothing that we have done. I am absolutely appalled and disputing this. Beware Of this place

The pool area was perfect for our stay with teenagers. Staff was helpful and responsive. The breakfast options were satisfying and tasted great. The location was ideal for our trip. We would return.
