My overall rating of the hotel is "excellent, from the front desk, bell boy, cleanliness, friendly and very knowledgeable staff, and clean rooms. The free breakfast was excellent and so many choices of food. I would highly recommend this hotel. Kudos to the staff!

Managers are so reactive instead of pro active They won’t even talk to the guest that has problem

It was disappointing that shower not working with hot water and the pressure was very low.

Very good value for the money. The staff is very helpful and friendly which made our stay very enjoyable.

It's a beautiful property with wonderful staffs, very professional, friendly and hardworking people. The rooms are beautiful and clean, shower needs a little bit of scrubbing when it comes to tile grout, but otherwise it's clean. The only downside is the deodorizer it the hallway, it's kind of strong, I have a really bad allergy when it comes to strong scent, and also they used some kind of insecticide in the stairwell and at the gym at one time when I was there, I wish they can use a more natural alternative when it comes to that, so the scent is not too strong, plus it's not good for someone's health. Overall my stay was wonderful. I will for sure go back again. Thank you.

Property was in good condition really well put together for the price that you pay definitely a classy hotel for those ones that are going to the Philippines for the first time.

Beautiful and clean hotel. Staffs are friendly and efficient, excellent customer service, they all need a raise.😁. Breakfast buffet is delicious. The only downside is the shower is a little weird, it drains slowly and hot water is an issue, but I think cold shower is also good for your body anyway, it's healthier. But overall, I had an amazing stay, I hope they will maintain the property well so it will not deteriorate overtime just like other hotels because I will for sure stay here next time I visit Legazpi.

The place is really nice and clean, staff courtesy is excellent, food was great.

The property is near to everything. It is clean and presentable to all my guests. All the restaurants serve good food, thus, I do not have to go anywhere else to meet up with people.

My wife and I stayed at Marison Legazpi with another couple in April 2024. It was our second time to stay there. The hotel is very modern, clean and comfortable, with a nice restaurant attached. It's a little isolated, nothing much within walking distance, but anyway Legazpi is rather spread out. You can take a tricycle anywhere you want to go.
