The room was clean and nice. Bed was very comfortable. Restaurant was good but they need more help. The the elderly man who served us was overwhelmed with the task and the lady managing the front desk had to help. They need to hire more help

Great place as a mid pt on I95.
Check-in was great. James, who checked us in, was a pleasure to deal with. 100% on the ball.

Check in was a little slow due to computer.
He was apologetic and after checking in he gave me voucher for free breakfast for 2 in their restaurant.
We had dinner that night and breakfast in am. Both meals were very good.

The bed & pillows were so comfortable! The staff at both dinner & the bar & at breakfast along with the gentleman who checked us in were all very congenial and made us feel welcome. The breakfast was especially delicious. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Good indoor pool and outdoor patio for cocktails, very service oriented staff, lovely large room with sofa, desk and desk chair two tables for working or eating, fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, good dinner and breakfast selections, and bar. plentiful parking. Close to I95

The front desk staff was courteous and polite. Hotel was clean both in the common areas and the room. Bottled water upon arrival was great. Bed was comfy and room was a good size. Absolutely no complaints and will definitely stay again.

1. Room was clean and quiet, 2. Would have preferred a toilet seat with a cover; so items do not fall into the toilet bowl, 3. Poor policing of room noise; children were yelling late at night in hallway;

We checked in...staff was very friendly...room was great.
However....the toilet didn't work/flush so we had to be moved to another room. I felt the hotel should have at least offered an upgrade, free dinner or at least something off the night's stay..since we had already checked in, unpacked and had to then move all our belongings to another room. Other than that..the stay was great.

Overall the property is kind a new and clean. But i Requested to check on the parking dog next-door who wasn’t letting me sleep. The front desk said they cannot do anything about it.
