Room was nice and comfortable

I just enjoyed the friendliness of staff. We travel all over and here lately the staff aren't always friendly. Sometimes they are rude.

Everything was okay. The breakfast wasn't the greatest, but it was ok.

The restaurant food was terrible. It appeared not fresh and not properly cooked.

The location was close to the highway. so easy on/off to get back to the highway. Room was clean, though not as nice as other Doubletree properties I’ve stayed in. I do appreciate that we got a text after we checked in to see if the room was okay or if there were any problems.

We wanted something to drink, so I went down to get water from the vending machines. Had some trouble getting into the area, the maintenance staff were the friendliest and the most helpful and helped me get inside. Unfortunately, the machine was empty. I was able to go the front desk to get what I needed, but the machine should have been full. The next morning, we went to get the breakfast buffet. Another quest walking out said don’t bother, the selection is cold and was terrible. They went out to eat. we took a look and we felt the same way. The area was unmanned, and the food looked unappetizing. Fortunately, there were alternatives nearby

it is hard to find anything positive to say about this visit to this hotel. the front desk staff confused room assignments and I unfortunately was given a key to an occupied room. obvious anger and frustration were vented on me by the occupant. the front desk staff exacerbated the situation by prolonging the corrections and neglecting to apologize. for myself, two discounted breakfast tickets were supposed to appease me. as a Hilton Honors member, it was a supreme disappointment as a Hilton affiliate

the organization appears confused, underperforming and sadly lacking in the knowledge of how to placate visitors and basics of customer service
