The cleanliness was exceptional and breakfast superb.

Excellent service, good rooms, perfect location, good value for money

Front desk Staff were not very friendly. Breakfast had very limited choices. Not worth the money charged. Our room key mulfunctioned, it would lock and we had to get help.

Breakfast should start earlier

This property was across the road from bus and railway station.check in was swift disappointed there was no tea making equipment in room although there was complimentary drinks in foyer. 15 minutes walk to a bustling sea front.

Lovely time - only there for 1 night but will be back again soon. Handy for the station and only 10km from the airport.

Fantastic location and very easy check-in. Was a little noisy but to be expected, breakfast buffet had a nice range of food and drink. Would stay here again.

A very good hotel in a good location. A little off the center, but a comfortable walk away. Close to all public transport (train station next door), if you want to go elsewhere. Breakfast and customer service good. Peaceful area

Ideally situated very close to the railway station, literally across the road. Very clean room with a lovely bathroom which was spotless and big towels. This time I was checking in after midnight and the receptionist was friendly and helpful. I’ve used this hotel 3 times now as I break my journey between flight and a long train trip home. It was the first time I’ve had the breakfast and excellent value for money. Needless to say I would definitely recommend this as an overnight hotel in Alicante.

We enjoyed our visit. The location 1 block from the train station was convenient. It was close to everything we wanted to see so walking was easy. The full breakfast for 8€ was delicious and well stocked.

The AC in my room was not working and felt like a sauna. The windows do not open either as theh are barricaded. I could not sleep at all and staff said it was centralized.

Great location across the street from the station. Clean, nice bathroom, comfortable bed, decent breakfast. No reason not to stay again

We arrived late during the night. This was the only available hotel close to the train station. Very kind staff, both in the reception and breakfast-staff. Yet I wont come back. Super thin walls, each time someone closed the door to their rooms we could hear it in our room as a freaking explosion. Woke up several times early in the morning wondering what that sound was. Also we asked for a double bed and got two ”one person” beds put next to eachother, which often is fine. Not this time. Each time my partner and I moved slighty, the beds would slide away from eachother.

The receptionist was very nice and helpful. But the room was not quiet: I actually had to check if the window was open, because the nose from the street below was so loud. It was closed, and yet you can hear absolutely everything. I had to sleep with earplugs. The beds were very comfortable. But (my pet peeve) the sink does not drain properly. Overall: a good location, nice people, hotel rather loud.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was friendly and service minded. The price was acceptable considering that this was a hotel in the middle of the city. I would definitely return to this hotel on a future occasion.
