Proximated Oklahoma State activities is wonderful. We stay here often, always clean and comfortable. The toilet in our room was broken, as well as a Fossett handle, but otherwise condition was good.

The hotel was located close to everything we needed & centrally licated. I was actually quite surprised to find out that we had to pay a dailey parking fee.
The front desk service was excellent, Chalaska checked us in. She was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable.
She answered all our questions. She had a very sweet personality and we enjoyed talking to her. She greeted us each night as we returned to the hotel and was always asking if there was anything she could do for us, or if there was anything we needed.
Our room was spacious, and our beds were very comfortable.
There were not very many electric outlets in our room, and certainly not on the nightstand where most people would plug in their cell phones. The closest one was across the room on the desk.
The bathroom and dressing area seem to be oddly inconvenient. The vanity counter seemed more suited to be a mini kitchen - with the microwave & little coffee maker - again with only one electric outlet.
The light in that area was very dim. It would be impossible for anyone to try using that for a makeup mirror.
The breakfast needs improvement. The bacon was great, but the pancakes were cold. We tried the mini waffle maker, but the waffle was not cooked all the way through. There were no sugar free options for the coffee creamer, and no little cartons omilk for drinking or pouring on cereal.

Almost after every trip a group took to the breakfast bar, he was going back by to replenish or clean up! It was immaculate and everything was fresh. Room was clean and comfy. My room was clean, but overall little attention to detail. Shower faucet doesn't work well and stopper falls down. Toilet runs sometimes. 2 remotes for TV with no instructions. Ran out of eggs at breakfast. Coffee machine not working. Site charges $5 to park your car - in an empty parking lot :/

The front staff were very slow. The elevator was incredibly slow as well and had very loud beeping. The pool and hot tub area looked unsanitary. The second floor I was on smelled musty. The stairway was dirty and there was a lizard in it. There was a brown stain on the sheets and the carpet floor was wet. The area behind the bed was wet as well. There were very limited breakfast options. The cleaning staff also walked in and woke me up well before it was check out time.

Our second room showed available but when we opened the door it had not been cleaned from previous guests (that obviously had a party; empty bottles), our third room was good BUT there was no hot water. We were told to let the water run for 5-minutes but after 30 mins we just wanted to shower and go to bed even in coldwater.

The hotel is very convenient to the OSU campus, my only disappointment with a trip this time is that we had put the privacy sign on our door when we left for a couple of hours, we came back and it had been removed and housekeeping had come in the room. Otherwise, staff very friendly and a decent place to stay in

Very pleasant and helpful staff. Breakfast bar was good. Room was poorly maintained. The window blind was broken. In the bathroom the tub; water knob was broken (only got cold water), the faucet was coming out of the wall and the drain wouldn’t stay open. And this was our second room. They moved us from our original room because the tv wouldn’t work. Not sure I would stay there again

Everything was great except the lady running the breakfast area. She was rude to my husband and children. She’s the only reason we wouldn’t return. No one was bothered by my kids except her. She made it her personal mission to make us feel unwelcome. Sorry but if she’s still there - we won’t return.

The check in process was very good and the lady behind the counter at check in was very nice. Great location. The night that we checked in, we noticed several issues before bedtime. 1. The shower was not working well. 2. One tv's volume could not be controlled. 3. There were a couple lights not working. 4. The rooms and hallway smelled musty. None of that was that big of a deal. The next morning the shower would not work at all. No water. That is a rough way to start the morning. As we were checking out, I told the nice man behind the counter our issues and after being on the road for almost 2 weeks traveling that this was probable the worse experience we had. He said that he was sorry and said that if we had hotels.com call that they would refund half the night's stay. I never asked for a refund. Hotels.com responded to me that they were unable to obtain an approval of a refund for our visit. So, what I thought would have been an honest hotel obviously is not and not willing to stand behind they promises. I would not recommend staying here. The people that we encountered working while we were there were nice overall. But stay somewhere else.
